江蘇MH集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理研究

【摘要】:財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理作為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理的重要組成部分,對(duì)企業(yè)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)均有影響,直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的生存與發(fā)展,隨著企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的改變和管理的提升,也要求財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理必須站在為長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)服務(wù)的高度組織和開展活動(dòng),財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理要求企業(yè)必須以整體目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向,分析企業(yè)所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,選擇合適的財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略,制定出相應(yīng)的戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)計(jì)劃和實(shí)施步驟,并嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行控制。 江蘇MH集團(tuán)公司隸屬混凝土行業(yè),其發(fā)展受房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)影響深遠(yuǎn),隨著江蘇省房地產(chǎn)及重大工程項(xiàng)目的蓬勃發(fā)展,江蘇MH集團(tuán)混凝土產(chǎn)量逐年增加。然而江蘇MH集團(tuán)面對(duì)的外界競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境卻是錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的,如果得不到足夠的重視,極易引起惡性價(jià)格競(jìng)爭(zhēng),勢(shì)必會(huì)給企業(yè)未來(lái)帶來(lái)負(fù)面影響。因此,財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理的重建與實(shí)施控制,對(duì)江蘇MH集團(tuán)而言是個(gè)有力的解決工具。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)江蘇MH集團(tuán)目前的財(cái)務(wù)管理現(xiàn)狀及產(chǎn)生原因的分析,指出了財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理的必要性,接著使用競(jìng)爭(zhēng)五力模型分析了江蘇MH集團(tuán)面臨的現(xiàn)有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者、潛在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)者、可能的替代產(chǎn)品、供應(yīng)商關(guān)系和購(gòu)買者的議價(jià)能力。并在此基礎(chǔ)上最終提出了江蘇MH集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的策略選擇、實(shí)施步驟及評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文分別從投資戰(zhàn)略、籌資戰(zhàn)略和財(cái)務(wù)管理三個(gè)方面提出了集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的方案,并且提出了具體的實(shí)施方案和改進(jìn)措施,如:重建組織結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)范財(cái)務(wù)人員行為提升其素質(zhì)、加強(qiáng)投資決策和權(quán)益性融資決策管理以及重點(diǎn)建設(shè)全面預(yù)算體系和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系。希望通過(guò)整改發(fā)揮企業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì),克服運(yùn)作中的劣勢(shì),掃除發(fā)展的不利團(tuán)素,抓住機(jī)遇,促進(jìn)管理上實(shí)現(xiàn)質(zhì)的飛躍,使公司在混凝土市場(chǎng)更具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:As an important part of enterprise strategic management, financial strategic management has an impact on all aspects of the enterprise. It is directly related to the survival and development of the enterprise. With the change of the strategic target and the promotion of management, the financial strategic management must be highly organized and carried out for the long-term strategic objectives. Management requires that the enterprise must take the overall goal as the guidance, analyze the internal and external environment of the enterprise, choose the appropriate financial strategy, formulate the corresponding strategic action plan and implementation steps, and strictly enforce the control.
Jiangsu MH group is subordinate to the concrete industry, its development is deeply affected by the real estate industry. With the vigorous development of real estate and major projects in Jiangsu Province, the output of concrete in Jiangsu group MH group is increasing year by year. However, the external competitive environment of Jiangsu group MH group is complicated and complicated, if not enough attention is paid to it, it is easily caused. The vicious price competition is bound to have a negative impact on the future of the enterprise. Therefore, the reconstruction and control of the financial strategic management is a powerful solution to the MH group in Jiangsu.
Through the analysis of the current financial management status and causes of Jiangsu MH group, this paper points out the necessity of financial strategic management, and then uses the competition five force model to analyze the existing competitors, potential competitors, possible alternative products, supplier relations and purchasers' bargaining power which Jiangsu group MH group faces. Finally, we put forward the strategy selection, implementation steps and evaluation criteria of the financial strategy of Jiangsu MH group. This paper puts forward the plan of group financial strategy from three aspects of investment strategy, financing strategy and financial management, and puts forward concrete implementation plan and improvement measures, such as reconstructing the organization structure and standardizing the behavior of financial personnel to improve it Quality, strengthen investment decision-making and equity financing decision-making management, and focus on building a comprehensive budget system and risk control system. I hope that through rectification and reform to play the advantages of the enterprise, overcome the disadvantages in the operation, remove the unfavorable factors of development, seize the opportunity, promote the qualitative leap in management, and make the company more competitive in the concrete market.
