【摘要】：人類在推進工業(yè)化、發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)中創(chuàng)造很多物質(zhì)財富，也造成了生態(tài)環(huán)境的破壞，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量下降等諸多問題。人們生活水平獲得很大的提高，與此同時問題食品大量出現(xiàn)，食品質(zhì)量安全問題正越來越被關(guān)注。綠色食品是遵循可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則，按照特定生產(chǎn)方式，經(jīng)專門機構(gòu)認定，許可使用綠色食品標(biāo)志的無污染的安全、優(yōu)質(zhì)、營養(yǎng)類食品。綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)要求生態(tài)環(huán)境優(yōu)良，并對“從土地到餐桌”的生產(chǎn)銷售全程進行質(zhì)量管理，對產(chǎn)品和生產(chǎn)進行質(zhì)量認證。江西的農(nóng)業(yè)所占比例較大，很早就開發(fā)綠色食品，也獲得了較快的發(fā)展。加快綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，對江西發(fā)展生態(tài)經(jīng)濟、實現(xiàn)綠色崛起有重大的戰(zhàn)略意義。 首先，，本文對綠色食品的基本含義和綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的分類、特征、意義等內(nèi)容進行了基本的介紹，并進一步闡述了綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的國內(nèi)外研究狀況。 其次，本文用SWOT方法分析了江西綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，從邁克爾波特的鉆石模型出發(fā)，借鑒區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價指標(biāo)，構(gòu)建了區(qū)域綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力評價體系，用因子分析法對我國31個省、自治區(qū)、直轄市的綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進行分析，明確了江西綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)在全國范圍內(nèi)的競爭力情況。 最后，本文分析了江西省綠色食品產(chǎn)業(yè)存在的問題，并提出了有針對性的對策建議，得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Human beings have created a lot of material wealth in promoting industrialization and developing modern agriculture, resulting in the destruction of the ecological environment, the decline of the quality of agricultural products and so on. People's living standards have been greatly improved. At the same time, the problems of food quality and safety are becoming more and more concerned. The green food is following the sustainable development. According to the specific production methods, according to the specific production mode, the green food labels are approved to use the green food marks for the non pollution safety, quality, and nutrition food. The green food industry requires the good ecological environment, and the quality management of the whole process of production and sales from the land to the table, the quality certification of the products and production. The agriculture of Jiangxi. The development of green food industry is of great strategic significance to the development of the green food industry and the development of the ecological economy in Jiangxi and the green rise.
First, the basic meaning of green food and the classification, characteristics and significance of the green food industry are introduced, and the domestic and foreign research status of the green food industry is further elaborated.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the development status of green food industry in Jiangxi by using SWOT method. Starting from the diamond model of Michael and Potter and drawing on the evaluation index of regional industrial competitiveness, the evaluation system of regional green food industry competitiveness is constructed, and the related data of green food industry in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government of China are analyzed by factor analysis. The analysis made clear the competitiveness of Jiangxi's green food industry in the whole country.
Finally, this paper analyzes the problems of green food industry in Jiangxi Province, and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions, and draws relevant conclusions.
