【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的浪潮下,我國(guó)建筑企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了根本的變化,隨著建筑市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈,諸多問(wèn)題在運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中逐漸暴露出來(lái),其中建筑企業(yè)缺乏企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理問(wèn)題最為突出。本文在對(duì)相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)的“競(jìng)爭(zhēng)五力”模型、采用SWOT綜合評(píng)價(jià)法等對(duì)公司進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,力求為中鐵四局第一工程有限公司尋求最佳的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及工作如下: (1)在對(duì)企業(yè)的一般環(huán)境分析中,分別對(duì)企業(yè)所處的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)及科技環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)企業(yè)所處的行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)和分析,構(gòu)建了“競(jìng)爭(zhēng)五力”模型,認(rèn)為中鐵四局第一工程有限公司具備中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、國(guó)家對(duì)鐵路等行業(yè)高度重視、技術(shù)快速提升等發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì),但同時(shí)也面臨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇和供應(yīng)商討價(jià)還價(jià)能力強(qiáng)等威脅。 (2)在對(duì)企業(yè)內(nèi)部條件分析中,首先分別從人力、財(cái)務(wù)、組織和物質(zhì)方面對(duì)企業(yè)的資源進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),其次從企業(yè)的營(yíng)銷能力、生產(chǎn)能力、財(cái)務(wù)能力、技術(shù)研發(fā)能力以及人才培育能力對(duì)企業(yè)的核心能力進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià)。 (3)在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建SWOT模型,確定公司未來(lái)發(fā)展的目標(biāo),提出公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是:實(shí)施建筑業(yè)產(chǎn)品多元化成長(zhǎng)性戰(zhàn)略和品牌差異化戰(zhàn)略及高品質(zhì)、低成本的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性戰(zhàn)略。 (4)在企業(yè)制定的戰(zhàn)略方案及戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了宣貫企業(yè)理念、創(chuàng)新制度文化、打造項(xiàng)目文化、創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型企業(yè)、抓好塑形工程、培育“四有’新人以及加強(qiáng)思政工作和精神文明建設(shè)等戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障,為企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略得以實(shí)施提供了保障。
[Abstract]:In the tide of economic globalization, the external environment of Chinese construction enterprises has undergone fundamental changes. With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market, many problems are gradually exposed in the course of operation. Construction enterprises lack of strategic management of enterprise development is the most prominent. On the basis of combing the relevant strategic management theory, this paper constructs the "five competitive forces" model of the enterprise, and makes a systematic study on the company by using the SWOT comprehensive evaluation method. Strive to seek the best development strategy for the first Engineering Co., Ltd. The main contents and work of the thesis are as follows: (1) in the analysis of the general environment of the enterprise, the political, economic, social and technological environment of the enterprise is analyzed and evaluated respectively. This paper evaluates and analyzes the competition environment of the industries in which the enterprises are located, and constructs the "five competitive forces" model. It is considered that the first Engineering Company of the China Railway fourth Bureau has the rapid economic development of China, and the state attaches great importance to the railway and other industries. Rapid technological upgrading and other development opportunities, but also facing increased competition and strong bargaining power of suppliers and other threats. (2) in the analysis of the internal conditions of enterprises, first of all, from the human, financial, Organizational and material aspects of the analysis and evaluation of the enterprise's resources, followed by the enterprise's marketing ability, production capacity, financial capacity, The technical research and development ability and the talent cultivation ability carry on the analysis and the appraisal to the enterprise's core competence. (3) on the basis of the above analysis, constructs the SWOT model, determines the company's future development goal, The overall development strategy of the company is to implement the diversified growth strategy of construction products, brand differentiation strategy and competitive strategy of high quality and low cost. (4) on the basis of the strategic plan and the implementation of the strategy made by the enterprise, The paper puts forward the following strategic guarantee: promoting enterprise idea, innovating system culture, creating project culture, establishing learning type enterprise, doing a good job of shaping project, cultivating "four talents" new people, strengthening ideological and political work and spiritual civilization construction, etc. It provides guarantee for the implementation of enterprise strategy.
