【摘要】：本文研究的主要內(nèi)容是西安市綠色施工實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀。本次研究是在國(guó)家大力提倡“節(jié)能減排”,西安市積極推進(jìn)綠色施工這樣的大環(huán)境下展開(kāi)的,目的是通過(guò)調(diào)查施工企業(yè)在節(jié)水、節(jié)能、節(jié)電、節(jié)地和環(huán)境保護(hù)方面所采取的具體措施,評(píng)估綠色施工在節(jié)約資源和環(huán)境保護(hù)方面所起到的積極作用,較全面客觀的評(píng)價(jià)西安地區(qū)綠色施工實(shí)施效果。通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查研究和數(shù)據(jù)處理分析,有助于找出現(xiàn)階段阻礙綠色施工實(shí)施的主要因素,為今后完善綠色施工規(guī)章制度和管理方法提供解決思路。本次研究從綠色施工的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀入手,選取西安市實(shí)施綠色施工的在建施工項(xiàng)目作為調(diào)查樣本,以問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法為主要方法,通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查研究,得出西安地區(qū)的綠色施工實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,并綜合運(yùn)用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)和訪談等多種方法,進(jìn)一步分析現(xiàn)存的阻礙綠色施工實(shí)施的主要因素,從評(píng)價(jià)體系、施工企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理和政府監(jiān)管三個(gè)方面探尋解決問(wèn)題的途徑。本文的研究成果有助于評(píng)估西安地區(qū)綠色施工在節(jié)約資源和環(huán)境保護(hù)方面所起到的積極作用,是對(duì)西安地區(qū)綠色施工實(shí)施效果的一次系統(tǒng)性調(diào)查。通過(guò)了解施工企業(yè)對(duì)綠色施工的具體實(shí)施情況,有助于政府部門制定相關(guān)政策措施,也有助于在探索過(guò)程中完善綠色施工管理體系,優(yōu)化綠色施工標(biāo)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),加快綠色施工的推廣速度,具有重要的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The main content of this paper is the status quo of green construction in Xi'an. This study was carried out in a big environment, such as "energy saving and emission reduction" advocated by the state, and Xi'an City actively promoting green construction. The purpose of this study is to investigate construction enterprises in water saving, energy saving, and electricity saving. The concrete measures taken in the field of land conservation and environmental protection, the positive role of green construction in saving resources and environmental protection, and the overall and objective evaluation of the effect of green construction in Xi'an are evaluated. Through field investigation and data processing and analysis, it is helpful to find out the main factors that hinder the implementation of green construction in the appearing stage, and to provide solutions for perfecting the rules and regulations and management methods of green construction in the future. This research starts with the actualization status of green construction, selects the construction project in construction of green construction in Xi'an as the investigation sample, takes the questionnaire as the main method, through the field investigation research, The present situation of green construction implementation in Xi'an area is obtained, and the existing main factors hindering the implementation of green construction are further analyzed by comprehensive use of mathematical statistics and interviews, and from the evaluation system, The internal management of construction enterprises and government supervision are three ways to solve the problem. The research results of this paper are helpful to evaluate the positive role of green construction in the conservation of resources and environmental protection in Xi'an, and it is a systematic investigation of the effect of green construction in Xi'an. By understanding the concrete implementation of green construction in construction enterprises, it is helpful for government departments to formulate relevant policies and measures, to improve the green construction management system and to optimize the green construction pricing standards in the process of exploration. It has important practical application value to speed up the popularization of green construction.
