安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力研究

【摘要】:改革開放特別是入世以后,汽車工業(yè)得到長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展,我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)體系已經(jīng)建立。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,越來(lái)越多的國(guó)家和地區(qū)把提升創(chuàng)新能力作為增強(qiáng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,因而我國(guó)走向汽車制造強(qiáng)國(guó)之路必須要提升汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。在金融危機(jī)背景下,全球汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入了嚴(yán)重的衰退期,國(guó)際車市的低迷將迫使跨國(guó)巨頭增加在中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的投入,中國(guó)汽車市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈。面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的汽車市場(chǎng),作為安徽經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)要想獲得質(zhì)的發(fā)展,必須要堅(jiān)持產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新,在整車、零部件環(huán)節(jié)全面提升安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力。 安徽省地處中部地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)不發(fā)達(dá),但在這樣一個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)不發(fā)達(dá)的中部省份卻擁有兩家頗具實(shí)力的自主品牌—奇瑞和江淮,尤其當(dāng)中的奇瑞汽車已成為我國(guó)最大的自主品牌汽車企業(yè)。2010年,全省整車產(chǎn)銷量分別為124.64萬(wàn)輛和122.83萬(wàn)輛,皖產(chǎn)車產(chǎn)銷量占全國(guó)的比例分別為6.82%和6.8%。與2005年相比,安徽省汽車產(chǎn)銷分別增長(zhǎng)2倍以上,“十一五”期間實(shí)現(xiàn)年均增長(zhǎng)25%。安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在全國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)占比日益增加,提升安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力對(duì)增強(qiáng)我國(guó)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有重要意義。 本文主要結(jié)合產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新理論、創(chuàng)新能力理論研究安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。首先,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新相關(guān)理論為研究安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,運(yùn)用基于鉆石理論的創(chuàng)新能力要素關(guān)系圖,從三個(gè)方面定性分析安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)結(jié)果加以評(píng)述。再次,用定量分析方法-因子分析法,選取汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),使用因子模型量化評(píng)價(jià)安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力。然后,介紹美日韓三國(guó)提升汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后,根據(jù)安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力分析結(jié)論和國(guó)外汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗(yàn),力圖從企業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)、政府三個(gè)層面為安徽提升汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力提出科學(xué)的對(duì)策建議以促進(jìn)安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:After the reform and opening up, especially after China's entry into WTO, the automobile industry has been developed rapidly, and China's automobile industry system has been established. With the development of science and technology, more and more countries and regions regard the promotion of innovation ability as the development strategy to enhance the competitiveness of automobile industry. Under the background of the financial crisis, the global auto industry has entered a serious recession, the international auto market downturn will force multinational giants to increase investment in the Chinese market, China's auto market competition is becoming more and more intense. In the face of the increasingly competitive automobile market at home and abroad, the automobile industry, which is the pillar industry of Anhui economy, must persist in industrial innovation and promote the innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry in the whole automobile and spare parts links in order to obtain the qualitative development. Anhui Province is located in the middle of the region with underdeveloped economy, but in such an underdeveloped central province, it has two strong independent brands Chery and Jianghuai. In particular, Chery Automobile has become the largest independent brand automobile enterprise in China. In 2010, the total vehicle production and sales volume of the whole province were 1.2464 million and 1.2283 million respectively, and the proportion of Anhui production and sales volume accounted for 6.82% and 6.8% respectively. Compared with 2005, automobile production and sales in Anhui Province increased by more than 2 times respectively, and the average annual growth during the 11th Five-Year Plan period was 25%. The proportion of Anhui automobile industry in the national automobile industry is increasing day by day. It is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of China's automobile industry to enhance the innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry. This article mainly combines the industrial innovation theory, the innovation ability theory research Anhui automobile industry innovation ability. First of all, combing the domestic and foreign literature review, industrial innovation theory for the study of Anhui automobile industry innovation ability lay a theoretical foundation. Secondly, using the relationship diagram of innovation ability based on diamond theory, this paper qualitatively analyzes the present situation of innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry from three aspects, and comments on the result. Thirdly, factor analysis method is used to evaluate the innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry, and the evaluation index of innovation ability of automobile industry is selected, and the factor model is used to quantitatively evaluate the innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry. Then, it introduces the experience of improving the innovation ability of automobile industry in America, Japan and South Korea. Finally, according to the analysis of the innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry and the innovation experience of foreign automobile industry, we try hard to analyze the enterprises and industries. In order to promote the development of Anhui automobile industry, the government puts forward scientific countermeasures and suggestions on how to promote the innovation ability of Anhui automobile industry.
