汽車配件供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的庫存優(yōu)化策略

【摘要】:隨著我國加入WTO以及全球經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷一體化,我國的汽車保有量逐年增長,隨之而來的是對(duì)汽車配件需求的不斷擴(kuò)大,汽車配件市場因此具有巨大發(fā)展空間。有數(shù)據(jù)顯示隨著整車銷售利潤的不斷縮水,汽車配件銷售已經(jīng)成為汽車行業(yè)中最大的利潤源。作為其技術(shù)支持的汽車配件供應(yīng)鏈管理也越來越被重視。汽車配件的庫存管理既決定了企業(yè)整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈的成本,也影響著對(duì)客戶要求的響應(yīng)速度與服務(wù)質(zhì)量,是汽車企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理中十分重要的內(nèi)容。 二十一世紀(jì),汽車配件企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)演變?yōu)槠髽I(yè)供應(yīng)鏈之間的競爭,而庫存管理在整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈管理中占據(jù)重要地位,因此對(duì)汽車配件企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中的庫存管理控制方法進(jìn)行研究,對(duì)降低配件庫存成本乃至對(duì)汽車配件企業(yè)的發(fā)展都具有至關(guān)重要的意義。 本文是在整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下,系統(tǒng)分析目前汽車配件庫存的特點(diǎn)與存在問題,,并提出優(yōu)化方案,在滿足市場需求前提下確定出最優(yōu)庫存量以降低庫存費(fèi)用。首先從供應(yīng)鏈和供應(yīng)鏈管理理論出發(fā),系統(tǒng)論述了供應(yīng)鏈庫存管理研究意義以及國內(nèi)外理論研究現(xiàn)狀,并將已有的研究成果進(jìn)行整理和歸納,作為本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。以H汽車配件公司為案例,首先分析了H公司配件庫存管理模式存在的不足,并利用ABC分類法與CVA分類法相結(jié)合對(duì)配件進(jìn)行了合理的分類。然后針對(duì)配件庫存費(fèi)用,建立多級(jí)庫存下的多目標(biāo)運(yùn)算模型,并利用遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解,確定安全庫存、最佳訂貨點(diǎn)和訂貨量。最后通過實(shí)例對(duì)此模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。本文在建立模型時(shí)不僅考慮了訂貨費(fèi)與存儲(chǔ)費(fèi)還考慮到缺貨損失和配件損壞費(fèi)用,這樣不僅能有效降低庫存資金還有助于企業(yè)提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,提升品牌形象。 汽車配件行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈管理是一個(gè)蓬勃發(fā)展的行業(yè),充滿著機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),對(duì)于配件供應(yīng)鏈管理中的庫存管理進(jìn)行研究可以有效指導(dǎo)汽車配件制造商對(duì)經(jīng)營環(huán)境、市場發(fā)展方向、生產(chǎn)能力有一個(gè)正確的認(rèn)識(shí),揚(yáng)長避短,審時(shí)度勢(shì),把握時(shí)機(jī),在未來更加激烈的市場競爭中始終保持自己的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:With China's entry into WTO and the continuous integration of the global economy, the number of cars in our country has increased year by year, followed by the continuous expansion of the demand for auto parts, so the auto parts market has a huge space for development. Figures show that auto parts sales have become the largest source of profit in the auto industry as the overall vehicle sales profit shrinks. As its technical support, automotive parts supply chain management has been paid more and more attention. The inventory management of auto parts not only determines the cost of the whole supply chain, but also affects the response speed and service quality to the customer requirements. It is a very important content in the management of automobile enterprises. In the 21 century, the competition among auto parts enterprises has evolved into the competition among enterprises' supply chain, and inventory management plays an important role in the whole supply chain management. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the inventory management and control methods in the supply chain of auto parts enterprises to reduce the cost of spare parts inventory and even to the development of auto parts enterprises. In this paper, the characteristics and problems of automobile spare parts inventory are analyzed systematically in the whole supply chain environment, and the optimization scheme is put forward to determine the optimal inventory to reduce the inventory cost under the premise of satisfying the market demand. Based on the theory of supply chain and supply chain management, this paper systematically discusses the significance of research on inventory management of supply chain and the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad, and summarizes the existing research results as the theoretical basis of this paper. Taking H auto parts company as an example, this paper first analyzes the deficiency of H company's spare parts inventory management mode, and makes use of ABC classification and CVA classification to classify accessories reasonably. Then the multi-objective operation model of multi-level inventory is established for the cost of spare parts inventory, and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem to determine the safety inventory, the best ordering point and the order quantity. Finally, the model is verified by an example. This paper considers not only the cost of ordering and storage, but also the cost of loss of stock and damage of spare parts, which can not only reduce the stock capital, but also improve the service quality and brand image of the enterprise. Supply chain management in auto parts industry is a booming industry, full of opportunities and challenges. The research on inventory management in supply chain management of spare parts can effectively guide auto parts manufacturers to develop their business environment and market. Production capacity has a correct understanding, strengthen strengths and circumvent weaknesses, judge the situation, seize the opportunity, and always maintain its own advantages in the more intense market competition in the future.
