【摘要】:正文化人類(lèi)學(xué)對(duì)物的研究由來(lái)已久,但檢閱文獻(xiàn)很容易得出物性的敘述(土壤、氣候、物產(chǎn)、質(zhì)地、性能、工藝等)較多,人性的探討(制作者的社會(huì)關(guān)系)較少的結(jié)論,至于有深度之作,一直付諸闕如則尤感遺憾。從這個(gè)意義上來(lái)說(shuō),美國(guó)人類(lèi)學(xué)家羅伯特·C.尤林的《陳年老窖:法國(guó)西南葡萄酒業(yè)合作社的民族志》(下文簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)《陳年老窖》)的出版使讀者眼前一亮。2012年12月該書(shū)的中文版已由云南大學(xué)出版社付梓。是書(shū)共9章,前2章(第一章:人類(lèi)學(xué)與歷史;第二章:作為文化資本的發(fā)明)梳理學(xué)術(shù)史,為整個(gè)研究鋪設(shè)平臺(tái);后7章(第三章:法國(guó)西南部葡萄酒業(yè)資本的積聚和社會(huì)變革;第四章:法國(guó)西南部葡萄酒業(yè)合
[Abstract]:Positive cultural anthropology has been studying things for a long time, but it is easy to draw the conclusion that there are more descriptions of physical properties (soil, climate, product, texture, performance, craft, etc.) and less discussion of human nature (the social relations of producers). As for the depth of the work, it is especially regrettable to have been left behind. In this sense, American anthropologist Robert C. The publication of Youlin's the aged Cellar: ethnography of the Wine Cooperatives in Southwest France (hereinafter referred to as the aged Cellar) has brought the readers to the fore. In December 2012, the Chinese version of the book was published by Yunnan University Press. The first two chapters (the first chapter: anthropology and history; the second chapter: invention as cultural capital) comb the academic history and lay the platform for the whole research.
