【摘要】：正文化人類學對物的研究由來已久,但檢閱文獻很容易得出物性的敘述(土壤、氣候、物產(chǎn)、質(zhì)地、性能、工藝等)較多,人性的探討(制作者的社會關系)較少的結(jié)論,至于有深度之作,一直付諸闕如則尤感遺憾。從這個意義上來說,美國人類學家羅伯特·C.尤林的《陳年老窖:法國西南葡萄酒業(yè)合作社的民族志》(下文簡稱《陳年老窖》)的出版使讀者眼前一亮。2012年12月該書的中文版已由云南大學出版社付梓。是書共9章,前2章(第一章:人類學與歷史;第二章:作為文化資本的發(fā)明)梳理學術史,為整個研究鋪設平臺;后7章(第三章:法國西南部葡萄酒業(yè)資本的積聚和社會變革;第四章:法國西南部葡萄酒業(yè)合
[Abstract]:Positive cultural anthropology has been studying things for a long time, but it is easy to draw the conclusion that there are more descriptions of physical properties (soil, climate, product, texture, performance, craft, etc.) and less discussion of human nature (the social relations of producers). As for the depth of the work, it is especially regrettable to have been left behind. In this sense, American anthropologist Robert C. The publication of Youlin's the aged Cellar: ethnography of the Wine Cooperatives in Southwest France (hereinafter referred to as the aged Cellar) has brought the readers to the fore. In December 2012, the Chinese version of the book was published by Yunnan University Press.
