【摘要】：隨著科學技術(shù)的發(fā)展,煉化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)裝置加工處理量越來越大,設備也傾向于大型化、自動化和復雜化發(fā)展。由此,對設備的管理和維修的要求也越來越高。這幾年來國內(nèi)新建了很多煉化企業(yè),大多數(shù)地處工業(yè)相對欠發(fā)達地區(qū),周邊可依托的資源有限,設備的維修迫切需要有專業(yè)外包服務商承擔,設備維修外包已成為成為當前設備管理領(lǐng)域的一項重大戰(zhàn)略課題。為此,論文選取XX煉化公司為研究對象,重點研究其設備維修外包策略和管理相關(guān)問題,旨在為我國國有企業(yè)尤其是煉化企業(yè)提高設備維修管理水平服務。論文的總體思路如下:在相關(guān)概念與理論的指導下,對XX煉化公司設備維修管理現(xiàn)狀進行闡述,并對其設備維修外包策略、管理措施深入剖析,針對存在的問題進行研究分析,提出設備維修業(yè)務外包的優(yōu)化方案。同時,就設備維修外包存在的風險,提出保障措施,形成具有理論性、借鑒性的理論成果。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the processing capacity of production units in refinery and chemical enterprises is increasing, and the equipment tends to develop in large scale, automation and complexity. As a result, the management and maintenance of equipment is also more and more demanding. In recent years, many new refining and chemical enterprises have been built in our country, most of them are located in relatively underdeveloped areas of industry, and the resources around them are limited. The maintenance of equipment urgently needs to be undertaken by professional outsourcing service providers. Equipment maintenance outsourcing has become an important strategic issue in the field of equipment management. Therefore, this paper selects XX Refining and Chemical Company as the research object, focuses on its equipment maintenance outsourcing strategy and management issues, in order to improve the equipment maintenance management level for state-owned enterprises, especially refining and chemical enterprises in China. The general ideas of this paper are as follows: under the guidance of related concepts and theories, the paper expounds the current situation of equipment maintenance management in XX Refinery and Chemical Company, and analyzes the outsourcing strategy and management measures of equipment maintenance, and analyzes the existing problems. The optimization scheme of equipment maintenance outsourcing is put forward. At the same time, in view of the risk of equipment maintenance outsourcing, the guarantee measures are put forward to form theoretical and referential theoretical results.
