【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界,質(zhì)量的重要性越來越凸顯出來,優(yōu)異的質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心。對(duì)于衛(wèi)浴行業(yè)來說,隨著世界品牌不斷進(jìn)駐中國,開拓市場(chǎng),面對(duì)國內(nèi)品牌的價(jià)格壓力,外資品牌在質(zhì)量管理上的水平?jīng)Q定了企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。一方面要承襲品牌的優(yōu)越質(zhì)量,一方面要提高產(chǎn)品合格率以降低制造成本,只有這樣才能以不犧牲制造成本來換取高品質(zhì),這也是外資品牌適應(yīng)國內(nèi)消費(fèi)水平、占領(lǐng)國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)的主要途徑。 本文首先從簡(jiǎn)介水龍頭制造的過程及其特性出發(fā),明確新產(chǎn)品TalisE2出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量現(xiàn)狀及原因分析,即首先介紹水龍頭本體銅合金重力鑄造、機(jī)加工、磨拋光、全自動(dòng)鎳鉻合金電鍍以及成品水龍頭組裝工序的質(zhì)量合格率現(xiàn)狀及主要原因分析；其次,在明確TalisE2各過程質(zhì)量合格率現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,將各過程質(zhì)量改進(jìn)研究建立在PDCA循環(huán)之上,將改進(jìn)研究的詳細(xì)內(nèi)容歸納在計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、檢查、處理四個(gè)階段,從而保證了質(zhì)量管理的全面性、系統(tǒng)性和可靠性；再次,通過各制造過程缺陷大量的分析論證,闡明改進(jìn)的方向。結(jié)合各制造過程的質(zhì)量合格率目標(biāo),制訂行動(dòng)方案,并對(duì)實(shí)施結(jié)果與目標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)照,評(píng)估行動(dòng)方案的有效性,不斷改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:In today's world, the importance of quality has become more and more prominent, excellent quality has become the core of traditional manufacturing competition. For the sanitary ware industry, with the world brands constantly entering China, opening up the market, facing the price pressure of domestic brands, the quality management level of foreign brands determines the competitiveness of enterprises in the market. On the one hand, it is necessary to inherit the superior quality of the brand, on the other hand, it is necessary to raise the qualified rate of the products to reduce the manufacturing cost. Only in this way can the quality be exchanged for high quality without sacrificing the manufacturing cost. This is also a way for foreign brands to adapt to the domestic consumption level. The main way to occupy the domestic market. Based on the brief introduction of the process and characteristics of faucet manufacture, this paper analyzes the present quality situation and causes of the new product Talis E2, that is, the copper alloy gravity casting, machining, grinding and polishing of the tap body. The quality qualification rate of automatic Ni-Cr alloy electroplating and the assembly process of finished faucet and its main reasons are analyzed. Secondly, on the basis of clarifying the present quality qualification rate of Talis E2 process, the research of process quality improvement is established on the basis of PDCA cycle. The detailed contents of the improved research are summarized into four stages: plan, implementation, inspection and processing, so as to ensure the comprehensiveness, systematization and reliability of quality management; thirdly, through a large number of analysis and argumentation of defects in various manufacturing processes, Clarify the direction of improvement. According to the target of the quality qualified rate of each manufacturing process, the plan of action is drawn up, and the result of implementation is compared with the target, the effectiveness of the action plan is evaluated, and the product quality is continuously improved.
