采掘業(yè)上市公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期快速發(fā)展,對(duì)能源、資源的需求將不斷擴(kuò)大,這為中國(guó)采掘類企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了豐厚的利潤(rùn)和廣闊的前景。能源、資源采掘行業(yè)面臨著國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)的采掘類公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力如何,能否在殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中存活并得以發(fā)展,事關(guān)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)安全和能源安全。 采掘類公司數(shù)量眾多、大小不一、技術(shù)管理水平千差萬(wàn)別。本文選取其中的部分上市公司進(jìn)行核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系的研究,一是因?yàn)樯鲜泄緮?shù)據(jù)容易獲得,便于開(kāi)展定量化研究;其次,希望通過(guò)對(duì)此類企業(yè)中“管理最規(guī)范”,核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力強(qiáng)的企業(yè)的研究,對(duì)采掘類公司的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力做出全面客觀的判斷,為國(guó)家實(shí)施行業(yè)管理提供決策參考。除此之外,對(duì)采掘業(yè)上市公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的綜合分析有利于公司、政府及廣大利益相關(guān)者做出正確的投資決策,來(lái)達(dá)到提高投資收益、降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的目的。基于對(duì)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的上述認(rèn)識(shí),本文以采掘業(yè)上市公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合面板數(shù)據(jù)模型對(duì)影響核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的財(cái)務(wù)和非財(cái)務(wù)因素進(jìn)行了分析,,旨在全面改善我國(guó)采掘業(yè)上市公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系,為未來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)造條件。 論文內(nèi)容展分為七個(gè)部分。第一部分是緒論,主要闡述本論文研究的選題背景、意義、研究方法、研究?jī)?nèi)容及技術(shù)路線圖。第二部分是文獻(xiàn)回顧,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面研究進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,為本文的建立研究基礎(chǔ),提供研究方向性、研究方法、研究模型方面的參考。第三部分是理論研究,通過(guò)對(duì)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力內(nèi)涵及戰(zhàn)略理論、財(cái)務(wù)管理理論、公司治理理論、公司績(jī)效理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論等相關(guān)理論的詳細(xì)分析研究,為本文建立扎實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第四部分闡述核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指標(biāo)體系研究的模型,詳細(xì)論述模型的成立條件、模型的形式。第五部分介紹本文的指標(biāo)體系,根據(jù)對(duì)采掘業(yè)上市公司其地理、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)等因素的分析選擇,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的設(shè)計(jì)成果,構(gòu)建本文研究的采掘業(yè)上市公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的指標(biāo)體系。第六部分對(duì)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的實(shí)證研究及其結(jié)果的解釋。第七也是最后一部分是研究結(jié)論,將論文的研究工作進(jìn)行總結(jié),并對(duì)采掘業(yè)上市公司的未來(lái)進(jìn)行展望。 本文研究中可能存在以下創(chuàng)新:第一,研究視角。本文對(duì)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究不是以上市公司個(gè)體而是整體展開(kāi),充分考慮開(kāi)采業(yè)所具有的特殊性,構(gòu)建研究框架。第二,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。論文研究中引入了員工價(jià)值相對(duì)數(shù)、學(xué)位比例、科研人員比例等非財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo),重新構(gòu)建了我國(guó)采掘業(yè)上市公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。第三,核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)模型。文中針對(duì)采掘業(yè)上市公司的研究提出了一個(gè)較為全面反映評(píng)價(jià)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的模型,以期能夠站在全面、客觀的視角對(duì)我國(guó)采掘業(yè)上市公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力做出評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:With the long-term rapid development of China's economy, the demand for energy and resources will continue to expand, which provides rich profits and broad prospects for the development of Chinese extractive enterprises. The industry of energy and resource extraction is facing fierce competition both at home and abroad. Whether the domestic extractive companies can survive and develop in the cruel market competition has a bearing on China's economic and energy security. The number of extractive companies is numerous, the size is different, the technical management level is very different. In this paper, some of the listed companies are selected to study the core competitiveness index system. One is that the data of listed companies are easy to obtain and the quantitative research can be carried out. Secondly, it is hoped that through the "most standardized management" of this kind of enterprises, The research of enterprises with strong core competence makes a comprehensive and objective judgment on the overall competitiveness of mining companies and provides a reference for the government to implement industry management. In addition, the comprehensive analysis of the core competitiveness of listed companies in extractive industries is conducive to the company, the government and the broad range of stakeholders to make the right investment decisions, to achieve the purpose of increasing investment returns and reducing risks. Based on the above understanding of the core competence, this paper analyzes the financial and non-financial factors that affect the core competitiveness, taking the listed companies in the extractive industry as the research object, combined with the panel data model. The aim of this paper is to improve the index system of the core competitiveness of the listed companies in China's extractive industry, and to create conditions for the sustainable development in the future. The paper is divided into seven parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background, significance, research method, research content and technical roadmap of this paper. The second part is a literature review, through the domestic and foreign scholars in the core competitiveness of a systematic combing, for the establishment of this research foundation, research direction, research methods, research model reference. The third part is the theoretical research, through the core competitiveness connotation and the strategic theory, the financial management theory, the corporate governance theory, the company performance theory, the sustainable development theory and so on related theories detailed analysis research. To establish a solid theoretical basis for this article. The fourth part describes the research model of the core competitiveness index system, the establishment conditions of the model and the form of the model. The fifth part introduces the index system of this paper, according to the analysis and selection of the geography, main business and other factors of the listed companies in the extractive industry, combined with the design results of the evaluation index of the core competitiveness at home and abroad. This paper constructs the index system of the core competitiveness of the listed companies in the extractive industry. The sixth part of the core competitiveness of empirical research and the interpretation of the results. The seventh and last part is the conclusion of the research, which summarizes the research work and looks forward to the future of the listed companies in the extractive industry. In this paper, there may be the following innovations: first, research perspective. In this paper, the core competence of listed companies is not the individual but the overall development, fully consider the particularity of the mining industry, and build a research framework. Second, the evaluation index system. This paper introduces non-financial indexes, such as relative number of employee value, proportion of degree, proportion of scientific research personnel and so on, and reconstructs the evaluation index system of core competitiveness of listed companies in extractive industries in China. Third, the core competitiveness evaluation model. This paper puts forward a model for evaluating the core competence of the listed companies in the mining industry in order to evaluate the core competence of the listed companies in the mining industry from a comprehensive and objective perspective.
