【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化進(jìn)程的加快和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度的加劇，企業(yè)面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境越來(lái)越復(fù)雜。企業(yè)與企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已開(kāi)始被供應(yīng)鏈與供應(yīng)鏈之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模式所取代。采購(gòu)作為供應(yīng)鏈不可缺少的重要部分，，其對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈的增值功能已被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)所重視。對(duì)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)的有效管理和不斷創(chuàng)新改進(jìn)不僅可以降低供應(yīng)鏈成本，而且在實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈中各活動(dòng)的同步化、集成化管理起著杠桿作用，增強(qiáng)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，確保企業(yè)在快速多變的市場(chǎng)中處于領(lǐng)先地位。迅猛發(fā)展的電子行業(yè)市場(chǎng)對(duì)很大程度上依賴(lài)于供應(yīng)鏈的電子制造服務(wù)企業(yè)提出了更高的要求和挑戰(zhàn)。 本文首先介紹了供應(yīng)鏈及其管理和供應(yīng)鏈下采購(gòu)及其管理的基本定義，然后對(duì)采購(gòu)組織、采購(gòu)策略、供應(yīng)商管理相關(guān)理論原理，以及電子制造服務(wù)企業(yè)的供應(yīng)鏈采購(gòu)管理等進(jìn)行了闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合E公司實(shí)際，對(duì)E公司的供應(yīng)鏈下采購(gòu)管理的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的問(wèn)題原因進(jìn)行了分析論述，設(shè)定優(yōu)化目標(biāo)，并由此提出E公司供應(yīng)鏈下采購(gòu)管理的優(yōu)化方案，包括采購(gòu)組織的重新構(gòu)建，采購(gòu)策略的調(diào)整，構(gòu)建與客戶(hù)、供應(yīng)商的共同戰(zhàn)略伙伴關(guān)系。最后通過(guò)實(shí)際案例V項(xiàng)目的試運(yùn)行及運(yùn)行結(jié)果評(píng)價(jià)，證明本文所提出的的供應(yīng)鏈下采購(gòu)管理的優(yōu)化方案是可行的。希望本文能推動(dòng)E公司建立完善的供應(yīng)鏈采購(gòu)管理模式，并對(duì)同行具有借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of economic globalization and the aggravation of market competition, enterprises are facing more and more complex business environment. Competition between enterprises has been replaced by the competition between supply chain and supply chain. As an indispensable part of supply chain, purchasing has been paid more and more attention to the value added function of supply chain. The effective management of purchasing activities and continuous innovation and improvement can not only reduce the cost of supply chain, but also realize the synchronization of all activities in the supply chain. Integrated management plays a leverage role to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. To ensure that the enterprise in the rapid changing market in the leading position. The rapid development of electronic industry market has put forward higher requirements and challenges to electronic manufacturing service enterprises which depend on supply chain to a great extent. This paper first introduces the basic definitions of supply chain and its management, and then introduces the relevant theories and principles of purchasing organization, purchasing strategy and supplier management. And the electronic manufacturing service enterprise supply chain procurement management and so on has carried on the elaboration. On this basis, combined with the practice of E Company, this paper analyzes and discusses the present situation and reasons of purchasing management in E Company's supply chain, sets the optimization goal, and then puts forward the optimization scheme of purchasing management under E Company's supply chain. It includes the reconstruction of purchasing organization, the adjustment of purchasing strategy, and the establishment of common strategic partnership with customers and suppliers. Finally, through the trial operation and the evaluation of the operation results of the V project, it is proved that the optimal scheme of purchasing management under the supply chain proposed in this paper is feasible. I hope this paper can promote E company to establish a perfect supply chain procurement management model, and to peer reference.
