【摘要】：企業(yè)管理有很多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),而庫存管理就是其中重要的一環(huán),因?yàn)樗绊懼髽I(yè)的整個(gè)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃。適量的庫存可以預(yù)防不確定性的、隨機(jī)的需求變動(dòng),保持生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)性、穩(wěn)定性。但是過多的庫存又占用著企業(yè)大量的資金,過多資源的閑置更造成了浪費(fèi)。近年來,基于供應(yīng)鏈的庫存管理在降低庫存成本、提高服務(wù)水平等方面發(fā)揮了很大的作用,成為學(xué)術(shù)界研究的焦點(diǎn),各大企業(yè)也紛紛開始實(shí)踐。 本文在對(duì)一汽轎車股份有限公司實(shí)地調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上分析了公司庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀,并以當(dāng)代供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)理論和先進(jìn)的庫存控制策略為基礎(chǔ),提出了適用于該公司的庫存控制策略。在新的策略中設(shè)立了協(xié)調(diào)中心,用以使供應(yīng)鏈上的各企業(yè)之間增進(jìn)協(xié)調(diào)和合作,并將該策略模擬應(yīng)用于該公司的生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中。最后,通過樣例數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)提出的庫存控制策略的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。
[Abstract]:There are many links in enterprise management, and inventory management is an important part of it, because it affects the entire production plan of the enterprise. Appropriate inventory can prevent uncertainty, random demand change, keep production continuity and stability. But too much inventory takes up a large amount of capital and excessive resources is idle. In recent years, inventory management based on supply chain has played a great role in reducing inventory cost and improving service level. It has become the focus of academic research, and many enterprises have begun to practice.
Based on the field investigation of the FAW car Limited by Share Ltd, this paper analyzes the current situation of the stock management of the company. Based on the related theories of the contemporary supply chain management and the advanced inventory control strategy, this paper puts forward the inventory control strategy suitable for the company. Coordination and cooperation between enterprises are enhanced and the strategy simulation is applied to the company's production practice. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed inventory control strategy is verified by sample data.
