【摘要】：從中國加快對澳大利亞投資現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析和研究了中國對澳大利亞礦業(yè)投資中受阻的諸多因素,思考了加快或促使中國在澳大利亞礦業(yè)能源領(lǐng)域順利投資的有效舉措。認為,對澳投資企業(yè)不僅要深入了解澳大利亞投資當?shù)氐姆煞ㄒ?guī),尊重澳方對企業(yè)身份的調(diào)查,還要嚴格遵守當?shù)丨h(huán)境保護以及文化遺產(chǎn)保護等規(guī)定,并且應(yīng)實施多種投資方式,不一定非要控股或者是全資購買,這樣才不至于讓澳方在中方投資其礦產(chǎn)資源領(lǐng)域時產(chǎn)生敵意,以便投資的順利進行。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of China's accelerating investment in Australia, this paper analyzes and studies many factors that hinder China's investment in Australia's mining industry, and thinks about effective measures to speed up or promote China's smooth investment in Australia's mining energy field. It is believed that investment enterprises in Australia should not only have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations governing investment in Australia, respect the Australian side's investigation of the identity of the enterprises, but also strictly abide by the local environmental protection and the protection of cultural heritage. And it is necessary to implement a variety of investment methods, not necessarily holding or buying wholly, so that Australia will not be hostile to China's investment in its mineral resources sector, so that the investment can proceed smoothly.
