【摘要】：依據(jù)對我國52家電力在建工程調(diào)查結(jié)果,通過多元統(tǒng)計分析方法,描繪出電力工程項目中資源沖突在項目各階段的分布規(guī)律,并對沖突的呈現(xiàn)特征做總結(jié)性闡述。同時,以全體資源沖突為總體,以電力工程項目中所含的四個階段為子集合體,對電力工程項目資源沖突的總體分布狀態(tài)及其數(shù)學(xué)特征參數(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)理分析。為項目管理者在工程實踐中,把握項目全局并對項目資源進(jìn)行統(tǒng)籌安排和優(yōu)化管理提供實證性依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the investigation results of 52 electric power projects under construction in China, the distribution law of resource conflicts in various stages of power engineering projects is described by means of multivariate statistical analysis, and the present characteristics of conflicts are summarized. At the same time, taking the conflict of all resources as the whole and the four stages of the power engineering project as the subassembly, the distribution state and the mathematical characteristic parameters of the resource conflict in the power engineering project are analyzed numerically and mechanically. It provides a practical basis for the project manager to grasp the overall situation of the project and to arrange the project resources as a whole and to optimize the management of the project resources.
