【摘要】：正二十一世紀(jì)是生物的世紀(jì),近年來,全球生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,給全人類帶來了巨大的福祉。與此同時(shí),隨著生物產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的生物材料跨境運(yùn)輸給各國監(jiān)管帶來了很大挑戰(zhàn)[1]。如何在保證生物材料快速流通的同時(shí),有效防范其潛在生物安全隱患,正成為各國在大力發(fā)展生物產(chǎn)業(yè)的同時(shí)不得不面臨的問題[2]。1生物材料定義生物材料包括特殊物品(醫(yī)學(xué)微生物、人體組織、生物制品、人類血液及其制品、環(huán)保用微生物菌劑)、
