【摘要】：中國企業(yè)引入ERP后,既有很多令人矚目的成功案例,也有不少失敗的典型。如何使企業(yè)順利實施ERP,取得很好的績效,是眾多企業(yè)越來越迫切需要解決的問題,本文就此進行了研究。 本文以HY電梯公司ERP實施為案例,在分析HY公司業(yè)務流程及ERP實施中存在問題的基礎上,探討基于流程再造理論的ERP實施,在ERP的實施過程中既不能照搬ERP的標準流程,也不能完全改造ERP去適應手工作業(yè)模式。正確的做法是,在分析清楚企業(yè)現狀的基礎上,適當的改造企業(yè)的業(yè)務流程,為ERP的實施提供前提和保障。流程再造已成為ERP成功實施的要素。 ERP實施首先必須從企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標出發(fā),并結合業(yè)務流程重組理論,構建能支持企業(yè)關鍵業(yè)務流程的管理信息系統(tǒng)。ERP的管理效益不言而喻,但并不是把ERP買來安裝好就能為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造價值,ERP一定要與業(yè)務流程重組理論相結合,企業(yè)才能迎來全面變革,ERP的效益才能充分發(fā)揮。 本文的研究為ERP實施工作帶來了一些新的思路,對企業(yè)實施ERP項目提供參考價值。
[Abstract]:After the introduction of ERP, Chinese enterprises not only have a lot of successful cases, but also a lot of examples of failure. It is more and more urgent to solve the problem of how to make the enterprise implement ERPsuccessfully and get good performance. This paper takes the ERP implementation of HY Elevator Company as an example, on the basis of analyzing the business process of HY Company and the problems existing in the implementation of ERP, discusses the ERP implementation based on the theory of process reengineering. During the implementation of ERP, the standard process of ERP can not be copied. Also can not completely transform ERP to adapt to manual operation mode. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the enterprise, the correct way is to reform the business process of the enterprise properly and provide the premise and guarantee for the implementation of ERP. Process reengineering has become an essential factor for the successful implementation of ERP. First of all, the implementation of ERP must proceed from the strategic objectives of the enterprise and combine with the theory of business process reengineering. The management benefits of ERP are self-evident, but it is not necessary to combine ERP with the theory of business process reengineering to create value for enterprises. Only in order for enterprises to usher in comprehensive changes in ERP benefits can fully play. The research in this paper brings some new ideas for ERP implementation and provides reference value for enterprises to implement ERP projects.
