【摘要】：煤炭是推動我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的不可或缺的能源,對我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到重大的作用。我國煤炭資源分布廣泛,但是分布不均衡。我國煤炭物流的成本比較高,需要合理組織我國的煤炭物流。煤炭物流是大宗貨物的物流,存在于煤炭從生產(chǎn)到用戶整個過程之中。煤炭物流成本的高低,直接受到了煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建的影響。煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)是由煤炭物流節(jié)點和煤炭物流的線路組成。我國的煤炭物流節(jié)點多,分布廣泛。我國的煤炭物流線路分布很復(fù)雜,鐵路、水路、公路的選擇相當?shù)闹匾Ｃ禾科髽I(yè)要想減少煤炭物流的成本,那么煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)節(jié)點的選擇必須做好。 本文根據(jù)我國煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的現(xiàn)狀,考慮到煤炭需求、煤炭物流節(jié)點的特性、煤炭的運輸方式等影響因素,運用組合數(shù)學、運籌學、系統(tǒng)工程、建模理論等數(shù)學知識,建立煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)服務(wù)節(jié)點選擇的模型,使煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運行成本減少。這個模型能反映一般煤炭企業(yè)的煤炭物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),它是一個三階段的供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò),包括的節(jié)點有煤礦、煤炭轉(zhuǎn)運中心、煤炭儲配中心和客戶。模型建立之后,運用遺傳算法進行求解。為了使求出的解更加準確,采用了一種新穎的遺傳算法編碼方式——基于優(yōu)先權(quán)的編碼。再結(jié)合遺傳算法的選擇、交叉、變異組成完整的遺傳算法。根據(jù)建立的模型和遺傳算法,再把它應(yīng)用到具體的A煤炭公司中,通過具體案例來證明建立的模型和算法是正確的。
[Abstract]:Coal is an indispensable energy to promote the economic development of our country, which plays an important role in the economic development of our country. China's coal resources are widely distributed, but the distribution is uneven. The cost of coal logistics is relatively high in our country. It is necessary to organize the logistics of coal in our country reasonably. The logistics of coal is the logistics of large goods, and it exists in coal from production to use. The coal logistics network is directly affected by the construction of coal logistics network. Coal logistics network is composed of coal logistics nodes and coal logistics lines. China's coal logistics nodes are many and widely distributed. The distribution of coal logistics lines in China is very complex, railway, waterway, and highway are chosen quite well. Important, if coal enterprises want to reduce the cost of coal logistics, the choice of coal logistics network service nodes must be done well.
According to the present situation of China's coal logistics network, considering the coal demand, the characteristics of the coal logistics node, the influence factors of the coal transportation mode and so on, using the mathematical knowledge of combination mathematics, operation research, system engineering, modeling theory and so on, the model of selecting the node of coal logistics network service node is established so as to reduce the operation cost of the coal logistics network. This model can reflect the coal logistics network structure of the general coal enterprise. It is a three stage supply chain network, including the coal mine, coal transport center, coal storage center and customer. After the model is established, the genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. In order to make the solution more accurate, a new genetic algorithm is adopted. The encoding method, based on the priority based coding, combined with the genetic algorithm selection, cross and mutation to form a complete genetic algorithm. Based on the established model and genetic algorithm, it is applied to the specific A coal company, and the model and algorithm are proved to be correct through a specific case.
