【摘要】：近年來汽車產(chǎn)品技術(shù)發(fā)展迅猛，市場競爭日益激烈，汽車產(chǎn)品品種豐富多樣，推陳出新的速度也越來越快，這對企業(yè)的研發(fā)能力和管理水平提出了更高的要求。很多汽車產(chǎn)品企業(yè)都在產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目中運用項目管理方法，用以縮短產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期，降低開發(fā)成本，以期提高產(chǎn)品競爭優(yōu)勢。 本文先概述了項目管理的基礎(chǔ)理論和B公司汽車燃油系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項目的流程，然后在分析了目前B公司汽車燃油系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項目實際狀況的基礎(chǔ)上，，針對該類產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目的特點，結(jié)合項目管理的理論，提出把項目管理理論和技術(shù)應(yīng)用到汽車燃油系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)品研發(fā)項目管理當(dāng)中。并以B公司的一個汽車燃油系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項目的具體實施過程為例，把項目管理中的組織管理、進(jìn)度管理、成本管理、變更管理和風(fēng)險管理等方法與其緊密結(jié)合，開展應(yīng)用研究。 最后針對目前B公司汽車燃油系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項目實施管理過程中存在的技術(shù)難點，在項目的范圍管理、溝通管理和項目經(jīng)理的管理能力方面作了分析并提出了相應(yīng)的建議。對B公司實施燃油系統(tǒng)研發(fā)項目管理提供了參考，并有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of automotive products technology, the increasingly fierce market competition, the variety of automotive products, the speed of innovation is also faster and faster, which put forward higher requirements for the R & D ability and management level of enterprises. Many automobile product enterprises use the project management method in the product development project to shorten the product development cycle and reduce the development cost in order to improve the competitive advantage of the product. This paper first summarizes the basic theory of project management and the flow of R & D project of automotive fuel system in B Company, then based on the analysis of the actual situation of R & D project of Automotive fuel system in Company B, aiming at the characteristics of this kind of product R & D project, Combined with the theory of project management, this paper puts forward the application of project management theory and technology to the R & D project management of automotive fuel system products. Taking an automobile fuel system R & D project of company B as an example, the methods of organization management, schedule management, cost management, change management and risk management are closely combined with the project management to carry out applied research. Finally, in view of the technical difficulties existing in the implementation and management of R & D project of automotive fuel system in Company B, this paper analyzes the scope management of the project, communication management and the management ability of the project manager, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions. It provides reference for B Company to implement R & D project management of fuel system, and has certain reference significance.
