【摘要】：本文從產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)、外交互治理的視角,剖析其對(duì)地方產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的影響,提出兩者在集群升級(jí)過程中存在普適性的四個(gè)交互作用階段。通過對(duì)南通電動(dòng)工具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的案例分析,得出結(jié)論:可以借助內(nèi)外交互治理機(jī)制來不斷完善和提升集群內(nèi)部治理,以推動(dòng)其在外部治理中向價(jià)值鏈高端攀升,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)地方產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of interactive governance within and outside industrial clusters, this paper analyzes their impact on the upgrading of local industrial clusters, and points out that there are four interactive stages of universality between them in the process of cluster upgrading. Based on the case study of Nantong Electric tools Industry Cluster, it is concluded that the internal governance of Nantong electric tools can be improved and promoted by the internal and external interactive governance mechanism, in order to push it up to the high end of the value chain in the external governance. Finally realize the upgrading of local industrial clusters.
