【摘要】：正建筑物總面積超過(guò)6130平方米,耗時(shí)7年建成,總花費(fèi)約1.1億美元(約合6.8億人民幣);來(lái)訪(fǎng)者進(jìn)入需要佩戴專(zhuān)門(mén)的胸針,否則會(huì)被認(rèn)定為入侵者而報(bào)警;當(dāng)有人走進(jìn)房間時(shí),地板會(huì)根據(jù)陽(yáng)光的強(qiáng)度,調(diào)節(jié)燈光亮度以及空氣溫度、濕度;會(huì)議室能24小時(shí)為主人提供需要的信息、召開(kāi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻會(huì)議;在回家途中,可讓浴池的水自動(dòng)調(diào)溫、囑咐廚房的工作人員準(zhǔn)備晚飯;建筑內(nèi)的植物能夠全自動(dòng)澆灌……
