火電站EPC總承包管理模式成熟度研究

【摘要】:EPC總承包管理模式是目前國內(nèi)外工程承包市場(chǎng)中采用較多的工程項(xiàng)目管理模式,也是建設(shè)部門在國內(nèi)大力推廣的一種承發(fā)包模式。近年,國內(nèi)EPC總承包市場(chǎng)也逐步走向成熟,越來越多的專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院開始實(shí)施EPC總承包模式。企業(yè)如何在項(xiàng)目管理過程中運(yùn)用和把握好EPC總承包模式的運(yùn)作和內(nèi)涵,以及如何充分發(fā)揮EPC總承包模式的優(yōu)越性,從而優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目管理成為一個(gè)重要的研究課題。本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐對(duì)火電站領(lǐng)域EPC總承包管理模式成熟度及優(yōu)化提升策略進(jìn)行了較為深入的探討。 本文以火電站EPC總承包企業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)現(xiàn)有資料的收集整理,總結(jié)了目前火電站EPC總承包管理模式運(yùn)作狀況及管理特征。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)火電站EPC總承包管理特征及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建了三維的火電站EPC項(xiàng)目成熟度評(píng)價(jià)體系,并運(yùn)用證據(jù)理論對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行約簡。根據(jù)構(gòu)建的改進(jìn)OPM3成熟度評(píng)價(jià)模型,采用基于熵理論的未確知測(cè)度模型對(duì)火電站EPC總承包管理模式進(jìn)行評(píng)估,根據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果提出管理模式提升策略及機(jī)制。 總之,本文以火電站EPC總承包管理模式為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),通過分析火電站和EPC總承包基礎(chǔ)理論和實(shí)例證明,,EPC總承包管理模式在火電站項(xiàng)目管理過程中能展現(xiàn)很強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢(shì)性,同時(shí)本文所研究的EPC總承包管理成熟度的評(píng)價(jià)模型與提升機(jī)制為EPC模式在我國的快速發(fā)展提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:EPC general contract management mode is a kind of contracting mode which is widely used in the domestic and foreign engineering contracting market, and it is also a kind of contracting mode which is popularized by the construction department in our country. In recent years, the domestic EPC general contracting market has gradually matured, and more professional design institutes have begun to implement the EPC general contracting model. How to use and grasp the operation and connotation of EPC mode in the process of project management, and how to give full play to the superiority of EPC general contracting mode, so as to optimize project management has become an important research topic. In this paper, the maturity and optimization strategy of EPC general contract management mode in thermal power station field are discussed in depth, and the EPC general contract enterprise of thermal power station is taken as the research object. Through the collection and arrangement of existing data, the paper makes a deep discussion on the maturity and optimization strategy of EPC general contract management mode in the field of thermal power station. The operation status and management characteristics of EPC general contract management mode in thermal power station are summarized. On this basis, the characteristics and present situation of EPC general contract management of thermal power station are analyzed, and a three-dimensional evaluation system of EPC project maturity is constructed, and the evaluation index is reduced by evidence theory. According to the improved OPM3 maturity evaluation model, the unascertained measure model based on entropy theory is used to evaluate the EPC general contract management model of thermal power station. According to the evaluation results, the strategy and mechanism of improving the management mode are put forward. Based on the EPC general contract management model of thermal power station, this paper analyzes the basic theory and examples of thermal power station and EPC general contract management, and proves that EPC general contract management mode can show strong superiority in the process of project management of thermal power station. At the same time, the evaluation model and promotion mechanism of EPC management maturity are studied in this paper, which provides a theoretical basis for the rapid development of EPC model in China.
