軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力研究

【摘要】:隨著中國的經(jīng)濟體制從計劃經(jīng)濟向市場經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)變和國防科技工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整力度的不斷加大,軍工企業(yè)所處的經(jīng)營環(huán)境發(fā)生了前所未有的變化,國防科技工業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略的實施為軍工企業(yè)在動態(tài)環(huán)境下求生存、謀發(fā)展指明了道路和發(fā)展方向,軍工企業(yè)紛紛走上了轉(zhuǎn)型升級之路。 軍工企業(yè)能否成功地實現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)型升級,關(guān)鍵在于是否具備與環(huán)境變化保持一致的能力,這不僅關(guān)系著企業(yè)自身的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,更對國家安全的保障有著深遠的影響。因此,對軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力進行研究,使其能力與轉(zhuǎn)型升級實踐相匹配就為軍工企業(yè)科學地制定決策,合理地分配資源,成功地實施轉(zhuǎn)型升級戰(zhàn)略提供了依據(jù)。 本文以軍工企業(yè)(尤其是貴州三大軍工基地的企業(yè))為研究對象,以動態(tài)能力,企業(yè)成長理論,戰(zhàn)略管理理論為基礎,分析了軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的內(nèi)容、特點和軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力的內(nèi)涵和本質(zhì),從對軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級過程和成功的關(guān)鍵因素分析著手確定了軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成并提出相應的研究假設,然后通過分析軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力的形成過程確定了軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力子系統(tǒng)之間的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系。在實證分析階段,本文采用實地訪談和問卷調(diào)查的方式獲取研究數(shù)據(jù),運用IBM SPSS statistics19.0和AMOS17.0對之前提出的假設進行驗證,最終得出軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力是由環(huán)境響應能力、戰(zhàn)略管控能力、持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力和軍民結(jié)合能力構(gòu)成的系統(tǒng)整合能力,,它們不但對軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力具有正向相關(guān)的影響而且彼此之間也具有正向相關(guān)關(guān)系,另外,這四種能力及其構(gòu)成要素在系統(tǒng)中的重要性排序也有所不同,最后本文結(jié)合實證分析結(jié)果提出培育和提升軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級能力的對策建議,以便為軍工企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級實踐提供借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of China's economic system from the planned economy to the market economy and the strengthening of the restructuring of the national defense industry and industry, the operating environment of the military industrial enterprises has undergone unprecedented changes. The implementation of the strategy for the transformation and upgrading of the national defense industry has pointed out a way for the military enterprises to survive under the dynamic environment and to seek the development of the military industry. Road and development direction, military enterprises have embarked on the road of transformation and upgrading.
The key to the successful transformation and upgrading of a military enterprise is whether it has the ability to be consistent with the environmental change, which not only relates to the sustainable development of the enterprise itself, but also has a profound influence on the security of the state. Therefore, it studies the transformation and upgrading of the military enterprise, and makes its ability with the practice of transformation and upgrading. It provides a basis for military enterprises to make scientific decisions, allocate resources rationally and successfully implement transformation and upgrading strategy.
Based on the dynamic capability, the theory of enterprise growth and the theory of strategic management, this paper, based on the dynamic capability, the enterprise growth theory and the strategic management theory, analyzes the contents and characteristics of the transformation and upgrading of military industry enterprises, and the essence of the transformation and upgrading of military enterprises, and the key to the process and success of the transformation and upgrading of military industry enterprises in the military enterprises (especially the enterprises of the three large military bases in Guizhou). The factor analysis set out to determine the structure of the military enterprise transformation and upgrading capacity system and put forward the corresponding research hypothesis. Then, through the analysis of the formation process of the transformation and upgrading of military enterprises, the coordination relationship between the military enterprise transformation and upgrading ability subsystem is determined. In the empirical analysis stage, this paper uses field interviews and questionnaire survey. To obtain the research data, use IBM SPSS statistics19.0 and AMOS17.0 to verify the previous hypothesis, and finally conclude that the transformation and upgrading ability of military industry enterprises is the system integration capability composed of environmental response ability, strategic control ability, continuous innovation ability and military and civilian combination ability. They not only improve the transformation and upgrade of military industry enterprises. In addition, the importance of the four abilities and their components in the system are also different. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on cultivating and upgrading the transformation and upgrading ability of military industry enterprises in order to upgrade and upgrade military industry enterprises. Practice provides reference and reference.
