華聯(lián)建工集團財務戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:我國建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)作為我國國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),發(fā)展迅速,產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模和經(jīng)營范圍逐年提升。隨著我國加入WTO和大型企業(yè)集團“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的實施,我國建筑企業(yè)存在的不足不斷顯現(xiàn),如法律法規(guī)還不健全、建筑企業(yè)基礎管理薄弱、經(jīng)營管理缺乏戰(zhàn)略眼光、過度競爭導致利潤低下、融資成本高企、業(yè)主行為不規(guī)范等等,與國際建筑企業(yè)在競爭力上仍存在不小差距。在此背景下,企業(yè)財務戰(zhàn)略的制定顯得尤為重要,它能按照科學合理的戰(zhàn)略管理機制來經(jīng)營和規(guī)劃企業(yè)的投資、融資和收益分配等資金活動,對我國建筑業(yè)提升戰(zhàn)略管理水平和國際競爭力具有十分積極的意義。 論文緊緊圍繞財務戰(zhàn)略和公司戰(zhàn)略,從財務戰(zhàn)略的基本理論出發(fā),介紹了企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論發(fā)展和財務戰(zhàn)略的影響因素理論,運用國內外相關理論分析了財務戰(zhàn)略的內容,以及財務戰(zhàn)略的一般程序,詳細地介紹和分析了目標企業(yè)——華聯(lián)建工集團的內外部環(huán)境,發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃等,特別對財務狀況和財務戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀進行了定性和定量的指標分析和對比分析,以全面評估集團現(xiàn)階段的財務狀況和財務戰(zhàn)略水平。在對華聯(lián)建工集團財務戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進行SWOT分析的基礎上,本文指出華聯(lián)建工集團的財務管理工作必須融入戰(zhàn)略思維,找出適合集團理財環(huán)境和財務能力的全局性、長期性、創(chuàng)造性的財務戰(zhàn)略謀劃,從投資戰(zhàn)略、籌資戰(zhàn)略和收益分配戰(zhàn)略三個方面以長遠的戰(zhàn)略大局眼光來重新規(guī)劃集團財務戰(zhàn)略工作,以期形成指導性的財務戰(zhàn)略體系。最后,本文就財務戰(zhàn)略的具體實施和保障體系各個方面,提供了一些適合華聯(lián)建工集團的可行建議,試圖構造一個適合建筑企業(yè)特點的財務戰(zhàn)略體系。
[Abstract]:As the pillar industry of our national economy, the construction industry of our country develops rapidly, and the industrial scale and management range increase year by year. With China's entry into the WTO and the implementation of the "going out" strategy of large enterprise groups, the shortcomings of Chinese construction enterprises are constantly appearing, such as the imperfection of laws and regulations, the weak foundation management of construction enterprises, and the lack of strategic vision in operation and management. Excessive competition leads to low profits, high financing costs, non-standard behavior of owners, and so on, and there is still a large gap in competitiveness between international construction enterprises and international construction enterprises. In this context, the formulation of enterprise financial strategy is particularly important, it can according to the scientific and reasonable strategic management mechanism to manage and plan the enterprise's investment, financing and income distribution and other capital activities. It is of great significance to improve the level of strategic management and international competitiveness of China's construction industry. This paper focuses on financial strategy and corporate strategy, starting from the basic theory of financial strategy. This paper introduces the development of enterprise strategy theory and the theory of influencing factors of financial strategy, analyzes the content of financial strategy and the general procedure of financial strategy by using relevant theories at home and abroad. This paper introduces and analyzes in detail the internal and external environment, development status, strategic planning and so on of the target enterprise-Hualian Construction Engineering Group, especially the qualitative and quantitative index analysis and comparative analysis of the financial situation and the present financial strategy status. A comprehensive assessment of the Group's current financial position and financial strategic level. On the basis of SWOT analysis on the financial strategic environment of Hualian Construction Engineering Group, this paper points out that the financial management work of Hualian Construction Engineering Group must be integrated into the strategic thinking and find out the overall and long-term nature of the financial environment and financial ability suitable for the group. Creative financial strategy planning, from three aspects of investment strategy, financing strategy and income distribution strategy, from the long-term strategic perspective to re-plan the group's financial strategy, in order to form a guiding financial strategy system. Finally, this paper provides some feasible suggestions for Hualian Construction Engineering Group on the specific implementation and guarantee system of financial strategy, and tries to construct a financial strategy system suitable for the characteristics of construction enterprises.
