A公司食用油脂制品項目廠址選址研究

【摘要】:隨著世界市場由傳統(tǒng)的相對穩(wěn)定逐步向動態(tài)多變方向轉(zhuǎn)變,企業(yè)所面臨的社會、經(jīng)濟、制造環(huán)境與客戶需求都發(fā)生了明顯的變化,企業(yè)既要滿足顧客及時、準確地交貨需求,又要在不降低產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的前提下保持相對較低的成本,,紛紛將生產(chǎn)基地和供配中心選擇在離顧客較近的區(qū)域,以降低運輸和倉儲等日常運作成本。 作為價值鏈中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),現(xiàn)代工廠的選址不僅關(guān)系到工業(yè)布局及經(jīng)濟效益的重大決策,而且涉及到經(jīng)濟利益和非經(jīng)濟利益的多種因素,因此在廠址選址時應(yīng)在綜合評價各種影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上從而選擇最佳地址。另外,廠址選址也是企業(yè)建設(shè)的重要一環(huán),關(guān)系到企業(yè)在今后長期運營中的合理性。 A公司在集團從事油脂制造40年的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)上,于1995年進入大陸市場進行食用油脂制品(人造奶油,起酥油)的生產(chǎn)和銷售工作。設(shè)總部于上海,并在天津和廣州設(shè)立研發(fā)中心和生產(chǎn)基地,現(xiàn)因業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展迅速,原有生產(chǎn)基地的產(chǎn)能已不能滿足需求,急需啟動食用油脂制品項目來建設(shè)第三生產(chǎn)基地。 本文首先從分析A公司現(xiàn)況著手,通過闡述食用油脂制品的市場前景、食用油脂制品項目的經(jīng)濟效益、環(huán)境生態(tài)效益和社會效益來完成A公司食用油脂制品項目的可行性分析;其次在闡述食用油脂項目選址的目標、原則和影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上來構(gòu)建該項目廠址選址的評價指標體系;最后利用層次分析法(AHP)構(gòu)建廠址選址的評價模型并量化各指標權(quán)重,從而對備選方案做出評價以得到廠址選址決策方案的最優(yōu)解。本文在查閱大量選址理論文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合A公司食用油脂項目的實際需求,對A公司食用油脂項目廠址選址進行研究,不僅能全面考慮多種因素,而且計算簡單,可以在廠址選址方面推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual change of the world market from traditional relative stability to dynamic change, the social, economic, manufacturing environment and customer demand of enterprises have changed obviously. Enterprises should meet the timely and accurate delivery demand of customers. In order to maintain relatively low costs without lowering the quality of the products, production bases and supply and distribution centers have to be selected in areas closer to customers. As an important link in the value chain, the location of modern factories is not only related to the industrial layout and economic benefits of major decisions, Moreover, there are many factors related to economic and non-economic interests. Therefore, the best location should be selected on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of all kinds of influencing factors. In addition, site selection is also an important part of enterprise construction, which is related to the reasonableness of the long-term operation of the enterprise in the future. In 1995 entered the mainland market for edible oil products (margarine, shortening) production and marketing. With its headquarters in Shanghai and its R & D centers and production bases in Tianjin and Guangzhou, the production capacity of the original production base has been unable to meet the demand due to the rapid development of its business. It is urgent to start the edible oil products project to build the third production base. Firstly, this paper begins with the analysis of the current situation of company A, and expounds the market prospect of edible oil and fat products and the economic benefits of the edible oil products projects. Environmental ecological benefits and social benefits to complete the A company edible oil products project feasibility analysis; secondly, in the description of edible oil project location objectives, On the basis of principle and influencing factors, the evaluation index system of site location of the project is constructed, and the evaluation model of site location is constructed by using Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the weight of each index is quantified. The optimal solution of the site selection scheme is obtained by evaluating the alternative scheme. On the basis of consulting a large number of theoretical documents on location selection, combined with the actual demand of edible oil project in company A, this paper studies the location of edible oil project site of company A, which can not only consider many factors in an all-round way, but also be simple to calculate. It can be popularized and applied in site selection.
