基于層次分析法的YH公司供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)的服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)也面臨越來(lái)越劇烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。在服裝制造企業(yè)采購(gòu)工作實(shí)踐中,對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行選優(yōu)是最首要的一個(gè)決策問(wèn)題。供應(yīng)商所提供的原料質(zhì)量和相關(guān)服務(wù),很大程度上直接影響著最終服飾產(chǎn)品的市場(chǎng)價(jià)格和顧客滿(mǎn)意度。一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期的優(yōu)秀戰(zhàn)略合作供應(yīng)商,能夠給企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高起到非常巨大的促進(jìn)作用。對(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),不管是從短期降低成本提高利潤(rùn)角度考慮,還是從長(zhǎng)期利益角度考慮,都必須對(duì)其供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行客觀的選擇與評(píng)價(jià)。 本文以YH公司供應(yīng)商選擇與管理為主線,用供應(yīng)商管理理論、評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和AHP分析等工具對(duì)YH公司的實(shí)際情況及存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析,基于這些問(wèn)題提出了該公司應(yīng)建立并采用的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并給出了具體評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的賦值,最后還進(jìn)行了實(shí)例驗(yàn)證應(yīng)用。 首先,在總結(jié)吸收前人研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,主要論述了供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的供應(yīng)商管理的內(nèi)涵,重點(diǎn)介紹了供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)方法的相關(guān)理論基本框架,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的相關(guān)理論研究成果進(jìn)行了綜述,指出了目前通用的供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系存在的不足。另外,對(duì)AHP法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的敘述,并簡(jiǎn)單介紹了目前AHP法的應(yīng)用情況。 在第三章,首先分析了YH公司的供應(yīng)鏈管理現(xiàn)狀,主要指出存在四個(gè)方面的問(wèn)題,然后對(duì)YH公司的這些問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的原因分析,重點(diǎn)分析了五點(diǎn)影響的因素。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文的第四章對(duì)YH公司供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。首先確定了YH公司進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商選擇的目標(biāo)和評(píng)價(jià)原則,然后建立了YH公司供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,共分為三層16個(gè)具體指標(biāo)來(lái)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)選擇。并詳細(xì)給出了各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的量化規(guī)則。 應(yīng)用該評(píng)價(jià)體系,結(jié)合AHP法,在第五章對(duì)YH公司供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證應(yīng)用研究。首先給出了YH公司供應(yīng)商選擇的步驟,然后用AHP法對(duì)YH公司供應(yīng)商評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了分析,得出了各個(gè)具體指標(biāo)的權(quán)重值,最后在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了實(shí)證應(yīng)用,對(duì)比評(píng)價(jià)了三個(gè)面料供應(yīng)商,并進(jìn)行了排序,選擇出了長(zhǎng)期供應(yīng)商伙伴。最后通過(guò)應(yīng)用AHP法探索出適合YH公司進(jìn)行供應(yīng)商選擇的量化措施,理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,實(shí)現(xiàn)了本研究的目的。 本文在研究過(guò)程中,主要采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、實(shí)地調(diào)研、定性定量相結(jié)合等研究方法,充分注重理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,以YH公司的供應(yīng)商選擇評(píng)價(jià)為對(duì)象,重點(diǎn)圍繞實(shí)際應(yīng)用進(jìn)行研究。對(duì)YH公司的供應(yīng)商選擇與管理提供有效的對(duì)應(yīng)解決方案。同時(shí)本文的這些分析和研究,也對(duì)服裝制造企業(yè),甚至是一般性的中型制造企業(yè)在降低采購(gòu)成本、維護(hù)穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)、合理選擇和管理供應(yīng)商等方面,也能夠提供一定的理論和實(shí)踐參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's market economy, China's garment industry is facing more and more fierce international competition. In the purchasing practice of garment manufacturing enterprises, the selection of suppliers is the most important decision-making problem. The quality of raw materials and related services provided by suppliers directly affect the market price and customer satisfaction of final apparel products. A long-term excellent supplier of strategic cooperation can greatly promote the economic benefits and competitiveness of enterprises. For enterprises, it is necessary to make objective selection and evaluation of their suppliers, whether from the perspective of reducing costs and increasing profits in the short term or from the perspective of long-term interests. This paper takes the selection and management of suppliers in YH Company as the main line. With the tools of supplier management theory, evaluation index system and AHP analysis, the actual situation and existing problems of YH Company are analyzed in depth. Based on these problems, the supplier evaluation index system which should be established and adopted by YH Company is put forward. It also gives the evaluation index assignment, and finally carries on the example verification application. First, on the basis of summing up and absorbing the previous research results, it mainly discusses the connotation of the supplier management under the supply chain environment. This paper mainly introduces the basic theoretical framework of supplier evaluation method, summarizes the related theoretical research results at home and abroad, and points out the shortcomings of the current general supplier evaluation index system. In addition, the AHP method is described in detail, and the application of AHP method is briefly introduced. In the third chapter, the current situation of supply chain management in YH Company is analyzed, and the problems in four aspects are pointed out. Then, the causes of these problems in YH Company are analyzed in detail, and the five influencing factors are emphatically analyzed. On this basis, the fourth chapter of this paper designs the evaluation index system of YH Company supplier. Firstly, the objective and evaluation principle of YH company's supplier selection are determined, and then the evaluation index system of YH company's supplier is established, which is divided into three layers and 16 concrete indexes to evaluate and select. The quantitative rules of each evaluation index are given in detail. Using the evaluation system and AHP method, the empirical research on the supplier evaluation of YH Company is carried out in the fifth chapter. In this paper, the steps of supplier selection in YH Company are given, then the evaluation index system of YH supplier is analyzed by AHP method, and the weight value of each specific index is obtained. Finally, the empirical application is carried out on this basis. Three fabric suppliers were evaluated and sorted, and long-term supplier partners were selected. Finally, by applying AHP method to find out the appropriate quantitative measures for YH company to choose suppliers, combining theory with practice, realizing the purpose of this study. In the research process, this paper mainly adopts literature research, field investigation, With the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, full attention is paid to the combination of theory and practice, and the supplier selection and evaluation of YH Company is taken as the object, and the research is focused on the practical application. Provide effective solutions to YH supplier selection and management. At the same time, these analysis and research in this paper, also to the clothing manufacturing enterprise, even is the general medium-sized manufacturing enterprise in reduces the purchase cost, maintains the stable product production, reasonably selects and manages the supplier and so on. Also can provide certain theory and practice reference value.
