【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,化學(xué)品在人們的生活中運(yùn)用越來(lái)越廣泛,一些危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品也開始逐漸滲透到社會(huì)生活的各個(gè)方面。危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用服務(wù)范圍越來(lái)越廣,各個(gè)行業(yè)的需求量也越來(lái)越大。對(duì)于危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品企業(yè)而言,運(yùn)營(yíng)企業(yè)的首要目標(biāo)是保證社會(huì)安全,其次才是盡可能為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造更大的利潤(rùn)源泉。由于危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品多具有特殊性質(zhì),化學(xué)性質(zhì)隨著時(shí)間的推移變得不穩(wěn)定,不僅僅帶來(lái)安全隱患,還會(huì)增加企業(yè)的庫(kù)存成本。對(duì)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品企業(yè)進(jìn)行合理的庫(kù)存管理,不僅能降低企業(yè)對(duì)社會(huì)帶來(lái)的安全隱患,還可以真正為企業(yè)帶來(lái)利潤(rùn)。同時(shí),在整個(gè)銷售物流的過(guò)程中,合理的庫(kù)存管理有利于銷售物流其他環(huán)節(jié)有序運(yùn)營(yíng)。如何進(jìn)行合理有效的庫(kù)存管理,是危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品企業(yè)越來(lái)越關(guān)心的問(wèn)題。 本文以A公司為例,通過(guò)分析危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品目前的市場(chǎng)運(yùn)營(yíng)情況以及公司本身運(yùn)營(yíng)情況,并結(jié)合整個(gè)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的社會(huì)市場(chǎng)和發(fā)展背景,分析了危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品公司目前運(yùn)營(yíng)存在的庫(kù)存管理問(wèn)題,并將庫(kù)存管理問(wèn)題延伸到危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品的成品和樣品的的銷售預(yù)測(cè)問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)分析A公司的銷售數(shù)據(jù),采用求和之后進(jìn)行季節(jié)性預(yù)測(cè)替代原有的銷售人員經(jīng)驗(yàn)預(yù)測(cè)求和的模式,對(duì)其進(jìn)行危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品成品和樣品的銷售數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),降低了銷售預(yù)測(cè)的牛鞭效應(yīng),同時(shí),降低了庫(kù)存管理成本。通過(guò)對(duì)危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品銷售物流庫(kù)存的研究,在一定程度上,降低了公司的庫(kù)存管理成本,為公司創(chuàng)造了更大的利益空間。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, chemicals are more and more widely used in people's lives, and some dangerous chemicals have gradually penetrated into all aspects of social life. The range of application of dangerous chemical products is more and more wide, and the demand of each industry is also increasing. For hazardous chemical enterprises, the primary goal of operating enterprises is to ensure social security, and then to create as much profit as possible for the enterprises. Due to the special properties of hazardous chemicals, the chemical properties become unstable with the passage of time, which not only brings about the hidden danger of safety, but also increases the inventory cost of enterprises. The reasonable inventory management of dangerous chemical enterprises can not only reduce the safety hidden danger brought by enterprises to the society, but also bring profit to the enterprises. At the same time, in the whole process of sales logistics, reasonable inventory management is conducive to the orderly operation of other links of sales logistics. How to carry out reasonable and effective inventory management is more and more concerned by dangerous chemical enterprises. In this paper, A Company as an example, through the analysis of the current market operation of hazardous chemicals and the company's own operation, and combined with the entire social market and development background of hazardous chemicals. This paper analyzes the inventory management problems existing in the current operation of hazardous chemicals companies and extends the inventory management problems to the prediction of the sales of finished products and samples of hazardous chemicals. On this basis, through the analysis of the sales data of Company A, the seasonal prediction after summation is adopted instead of the original model of summation of sales experience, and the sales data of the finished products and samples of hazardous chemicals are predicted. The bullwhip effect of sales forecast is reduced, and inventory management cost is reduced. Through the research on the inventory of hazardous chemicals sales logistics, to some extent, the inventory management cost of the company is reduced, and a greater profit space is created for the company.
