關(guān)鍵路徑法在東方鍋爐ERP項目軟件實施過程中的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著日趨激烈的市場競爭,市場中的企業(yè)面臨著嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn)。在這種形勢下,企業(yè)生產(chǎn)計劃、組織和管理要求越來越高。為了扭轉(zhuǎn)被動局面,同時在競爭中占據(jù)有利位置,越來越多的企業(yè)選擇以信息化來提升企業(yè)管理水平。然而在企業(yè)實施ERP的進程中,企業(yè)也面臨諸多困擾,諸如軟件實施過程時間不可控,實施質(zhì)量和實施效果不可控,由于需求變更,造成軟件實施成本的不可控等等。這些因素造成ERP實施成功率相對比較低,原因當然是多方面的,對軟件開發(fā)和實施項目的管控也是其中之一。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本論文提出,用項目管理的思想和手段,來控制ERP實施項目,提高ERP軟件實施成功率。 本文對東方鍋爐德陽分公司SAP分項目的管理過程和目標控制進行了深入的研究,該項目首先明確了項目目標,包括質(zhì)量目標、成本目標、各個時間節(jié)點的目標;其次對于實現(xiàn)這些目標所需的資源,尤其是人力資源投入,進行了詳細的調(diào)配方案,最終通過對項目過程的控制,在保障質(zhì)量的前提下,實現(xiàn)項目按期上線。在這個過程中,重點對本項目的進度管理進行了分析,引入了項目管理知識體系中的計劃評審技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵路徑法等相關(guān)知識。在項目管理過程中,利用計劃評審技術(shù),對項目計劃的可行性進行了分析,并利用關(guān)鍵路徑法找出項目的關(guān)鍵路徑,并對其進行重點關(guān)注。 通過將項目管理知識體系中關(guān)于進度管理的方法引入到公司軟件實施項目管理中,為項目的成功提供有有力的保障,對項目的進度進行了進一步的精細化管理,保證項目如期上線,并為公司其他項目提供了良好的借鑒范本。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises in the market are facing severe challenges. In this situation, the enterprise production planning, organization and management requirements are becoming higher and higher. In order to reverse the passive situation and occupy a favorable position in the competition, more and more enterprises choose to use information technology to improve the level of enterprise management. However, in the process of ERP implementation, enterprises also face many difficulties, such as the software implementation process time is not controllable, the implementation quality and implementation effect is not controllable, because of the change of demand, the software implementation cost is not controllable and so on. These factors lead to relatively low success rate of ERP implementation, of course, there are many reasons, and the control of software development and implementation projects is also one of them. On this basis, this paper puts forward, using the idea and means of project management, to control the ERP implementation project, In this paper, the management process and target control of SAP sub-project in Deyang Branch of Dongfang Boiler is studied deeply. The project first defines the project objectives, including quality objectives, cost targets, and so on. The objectives of each time node; secondly, the resources needed to achieve these goals, especially the human resources input, are allocated in detail, finally through the control of the project process, under the premise of guaranteeing the quality, Implementation of the project on schedule line. In this process, the progress management of the project is analyzed, and some related knowledge, such as plan review technology and critical path method, are introduced into the project management knowledge system. In the process of project management, the feasibility of the project plan is analyzed by using the plan review technology, and the key path of the project is found by using the critical path method. By introducing the method of schedule management in the knowledge system of project management into the implementation of project management in the company software, this paper provides a strong guarantee for the success of the project. The progress of the project is further refined management to ensure that the project on schedule and provide a good model for other projects of the company.
