【摘要】：本文將精細化管理理論應用于A石化芳烴抽提裝置運行和現(xiàn)場管理當中。論文通過介紹精細化管理理論開始,以精細化管理理論為指導,結(jié)合實際操作,完善裝置的現(xiàn)場管理。通過對裝置的日常運行、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理、現(xiàn)場標準化作業(yè)等方面描述,來分析精細化管理對裝置運行帶來的好處。同時,通過對精細化管理內(nèi)涵的分析,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場管理的要求,完善目前裝置的管理,并通過成立相關(guān)的組織機構(gòu)和出臺管理制度來完善裝置的管理。此外還通過自身的問題分析,提出具體的解決辦法。論文的研究不僅能夠為裝置的運行作總結(jié)分析,同時也對今后的工作提供指導與參考,也希望能為同行業(yè)同類型裝置的精細化管理提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the refined management theory is applied to the operation and field management of A petrochemical aromatics extraction unit. Based on the introduction of fine management theory and guided by fine management theory, the paper consummates the site management of the device. By describing the daily operation of the plant, product quality management, field standardized operation and so on, the benefits of fine management to the operation of the plant are analyzed. At the same time, through the analysis of the fine management connotation, combined with the requirements of on-site management, improve the current device management, and through the establishment of relevant organizations and the introduction of management system to improve the device management. In addition, through the analysis of their own problems, put forward specific solutions. The research in this paper can not only summarize and analyze the operation of the device, but also provide guidance and reference for the future work. It also hopes to provide a certain reference for the fine management of the same type of device in the same industry.
