【摘要】：隨著直流輸電技術(shù)在我國(guó)電力系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展,其可靠性水平的高低對(duì)電力系統(tǒng)的安全可靠運(yùn)行影響逐漸增大。論文對(duì)我國(guó)直流輸電可靠性背景及現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,指出目前可靠性評(píng)價(jià)管理工作存在的問(wèn)題。 論文應(yīng)用全壽命周期管理(LCAM)理念,通過(guò)對(duì)可靠性與全壽命周期的關(guān)系分析,把可靠性管理延伸到系統(tǒng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、物資采購(gòu)和基建建設(shè)階段,從源頭上控制,許多故障可以被避免或被及時(shí)排除。 通過(guò)對(duì)可靠性指標(biāo)影響因素的分析,確立了可靠性指標(biāo)的因素集,通過(guò)專家打分法確定指標(biāo)權(quán)重大小,并應(yīng)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)理論建立了直流輸電系統(tǒng)可靠性評(píng)價(jià)體系及模型；向家壩-上海±800kV特高壓直流輸電工程可靠性指標(biāo)的實(shí)例分析驗(yàn)證了其模型的有效性；最后從強(qiáng)迫停運(yùn)管理、計(jì)劃停運(yùn)管理和建立以可靠性為中心的檢修策略三個(gè)方面提出了提高直流輸電系統(tǒng)可靠性指標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of HVDC transmission technology in our country, the reliability level of HVDC transmission technology has increased gradually on the safe and reliable operation of power system. This paper analyzes the background and present situation of the reliability of HVDC transmission in China, points out the problems existing in the reliability evaluation and management at present, and applies the concept of LCAM to analyze the relationship between the reliability and the whole life cycle. The reliability management is extended to the planning and design of the system, the procurement of materials and the construction of the capital construction. From the source control, many failures can be avoided or eliminated in time. Through the analysis of the influencing factors of the reliability index, The factor set of reliability index is established, the weight of index is determined by expert scoring method, and the reliability evaluation system and model of HVDC transmission system are established by applying fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory. The reliability index of Xiangjiaba Shanghai 鹵800kV UHV HVDC transmission project is analyzed and the validity of the model is verified. The key measures to improve the reliability index of HVDC transmission system are put forward in the aspects of planned outage management and maintenance strategy based on reliability.
