【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化趨勢不斷增強的大背景下，隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，中國的汽車工業(yè)也日益繁榮。但是由于汽車工業(yè)以及技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，汽車制造企業(yè)所面臨的市場環(huán)境也在不斷發(fā)生變化，雖然市場對于汽車的需求量在不斷增加，但汽車行業(yè)的競爭也日益激烈，消費者對于汽車的需求也在改變，這為汽車制造企業(yè)即提供了機遇也帶來了嚴峻的考驗。 庫存管理是汽車制造企業(yè)運營管理中的重要環(huán)節(jié)，企業(yè)為獲得持久的競爭優(yōu)勢，如何優(yōu)化庫存管理，使庫存保持在安全庫存范圍內(nèi)成為企業(yè)發(fā)展中越來越重要的問題。在現(xiàn)代的制造企業(yè)中，庫存的作用是合理調(diào)節(jié)生態(tài)與需求之間可能存在的不平衡關(guān)系，安全庫存量的確定在這個過程中起到非常關(guān)鍵的作用。制造企業(yè)對成品安全庫存實施有效控制不僅能幫助企業(yè)避免大量突發(fā)性訂貨、交貨期延長、需求預(yù)測不準確等問題，而且還能提升消費者或合作商對于企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的滿意度，縮短消費者的響應(yīng)時間，提升企業(yè)信譽。 本文針對汽車制造企業(yè)A制造企業(yè)當前庫存管理水平低下以及成品安全庫存控制中存在的問題，在庫存管理以及控制的理論基礎(chǔ)上，提出了適合A制造企業(yè)的優(yōu)化安全庫存控制的實施對策。首先，本文介紹了汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展背景、研究目的及意義，確定了研究內(nèi)容。其次，對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于安全庫存控制的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了描述，并對庫存管理的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論進行了回顧。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對A制造企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理以及安全庫存控制現(xiàn)狀進行了闡述，分析了其現(xiàn)有的問題以及導(dǎo)致問題產(chǎn)生的原因。并針對A制造企業(yè)的這些問題，通過建立模型優(yōu)化需求預(yù)測方法，設(shè)計了安全庫存量確定的優(yōu)化方案。最后，由于安全庫存控制是一個完整的體系，所以本文從組織、資源、流程、績效評價、激勵等方方面面，提出了一套體系化的安全庫存控制優(yōu)化實施對策。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, China's automobile industry has become increasingly prosperous under the background of the increasing trend of economic globalization. However, due to the rapid development of automobile industry and technology, the market environment faced by automobile manufacturing enterprises is constantly changing. Although the market demand for cars is increasing, the competition in automobile industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Consumers' demand for automobiles is also changing, which provides both opportunities and severe tests for automobile manufacturing enterprises. Inventory management is an important link in the operation management of automobile manufacturing enterprises. How to optimize inventory management and keep inventory within the scope of safe inventory has become an increasingly important issue in the development of enterprises. In modern manufacturing enterprises, the role of inventory is to adjust the possible imbalance between ecology and demand, and the determination of safety inventory plays a very important role in this process. The effective control of finished product safety inventory by manufacturing enterprises can not only help enterprises avoid a large number of unexpected orders, extended delivery time, inaccurate demand forecast, but also enhance the satisfaction of consumers or partners for enterprise products. This paper aims at the low level of inventory management and the problems existing in the safety inventory control of finished products in automobile manufacturing enterprise A, based on the theory of inventory management and control. The implementation countermeasures of optimal safety inventory control for A manufacturing enterprises are put forward. First of all, this paper introduces the development background, purpose and significance of the automobile industry, and determines the research content. Secondly, the research status of safety inventory control at home and abroad is described, and the basic theory of inventory management is reviewed. On this basis, the present situation of A manufacturing enterprise's management and safety inventory control is expounded, and the existing problems and the causes of the problems are analyzed. Aiming at these problems of A manufacturing enterprise, the optimization scheme of determining the safety inventory is designed by establishing a model to optimize the demand forecasting method. Finally, as the safety inventory control is a complete system, this paper puts forward a set of measures to optimize the safety inventory control from the aspects of organization, resources, process, performance evaluation, incentive and so on.
