【摘要】：移動通信終端是整個移動通信中非常重要的一環(huán),’其發(fā)展和繁榮,不僅直接促進(jìn)移動運營商的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展和收入增長,同時也帶來最終用戶體驗的不斷提升,所以吸引了眾多公司參與移動終端行業(yè)的研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)。作為這一產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中最重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),終端芯片平臺廠商在整個移動終端平臺中的核心地位體現(xiàn)在它提供最核心的應(yīng)用處理器、基帶處理器、射頻收發(fā)器、電源管理等核心的硬件芯片和穩(wěn)定運行的配套操作系統(tǒng)和應(yīng)用軟件,移動終端的芯片組的性能直接決定了移動終端的性能。 本文第一章對移動通信終端行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概括性的介紹,將業(yè)內(nèi)公司劃分為國內(nèi)、國外戰(zhàn)略陣營,擬定研究內(nèi)容為移動終端芯片公司的關(guān)鍵成功因素,在介紹了相關(guān)基本概念后,給出具體的研究的方法和意義。第二章對整個移動芯片行業(yè)進(jìn)行了綜合的分析,通過分析各家公司的基本財務(wù)狀況和營收增長情況,找出了行業(yè)中的典型公司,然后對研究方法和步驟進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。第三章采用關(guān)鍵成功因素法的方法進(jìn)行分析,在列舉出整個行業(yè)的成功因素后,并給出針對各家企業(yè)的具體的分析方法。第四章,運用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)廠商分析法對高通公司進(jìn)行了領(lǐng)先優(yōu)勢和獨特經(jīng)營模式的分析,最后找出其關(guān)鍵成功要素。第五章,運用競爭分析法對聯(lián)發(fā)科技公司針對性地分析其競爭策略,找出其關(guān)鍵成功要素。第六章,運用企業(yè)本體分析法從行業(yè)競爭性、公司戰(zhàn)略對展訊通信公司進(jìn)行了全面的分析,最后找出其關(guān)鍵成功要素。第七章對各家公司的關(guān)鍵成功因素進(jìn)行了綜合分析比較,并有針對性的給出中國公司的發(fā)展建議,同時對本文所進(jìn)行的研究的局限性進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:The mobile communication terminal is a very important link in the whole mobile communication. Its development and prosperity not only directly promote the business development and income growth of the mobile operator, but also bring about the continuous improvement of the end-user experience. So attracted many companies to participate in mobile terminal industry research and development and production. As the most important link in this industry chain, the core position of the terminal chip platform manufacturer in the whole mobile terminal platform is that it provides the most core application processor, baseband processor, RF transceiver. The performance of mobile terminal is directly determined by the performance of core hardware chips such as power management and stable operating system and application software, and the performance of the chipset of mobile terminal directly determines the performance of mobile terminal. The first chapter introduces the current situation of mobile communication terminal industry, divides the industry companies into domestic and foreign strategic camps, and formulates the research content as the key success factors of mobile terminal chip companies. After introducing the related basic concepts, the specific research methods and significance are given. The second chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the whole mobile chip industry, through the analysis of the basic financial situation and revenue growth of the companies, find out the typical companies in the industry, and then the research methods and steps are planned. The third chapter uses the method of key success factors to analyze, after enumerating the success factors of the whole industry, and gives the specific analysis methods for each enterprise. In the fourth chapter, Qualcomm is analyzed for its leading advantage and unique management mode by using the leading firm analysis method, and finally finds out the key success factors of Qualcomm. In the fifth chapter, competitive analysis is used to analyze the competitive strategy and find out the key factors of success. In the sixth chapter, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the communication company from the view of industry competition and company strategy, and finally finds out the key factors of success. The seventh chapter makes a comprehensive analysis and comparison of the key success factors of each company, and gives some suggestions for the development of Chinese companies. At the same time, it analyzes the limitations of the research carried out in this paper.
