【摘要】：近年來，世界經(jīng)濟(jì)長期高碳化發(fā)展所帶來的負(fù)面影響越來越顯著，各國政府意識到以犧牲環(huán)境為代價(jià)來發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的做法難以實(shí)現(xiàn)長期發(fā)展，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)因此登上了歷史舞臺，成為了各國謀求可持續(xù)發(fā)展的一種重要途徑和手段。同時(shí)，低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)也為企業(yè)社會責(zé)任增添了新內(nèi)容：低碳責(zé)任，要求企業(yè)能夠致力于提高能效，降低溫室氣體排放，積極應(yīng)對氣候變化問題。 石油行業(yè)具有高能耗、高污染、高排放的特點(diǎn)，在我國政府提出要大力推行低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)，建設(shè)和諧社會的前提下，低碳和社會責(zé)任問題成為了影響我國石油企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。為此，我國石油企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)認(rèn)真落實(shí)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展要求，提高企業(yè)社會責(zé)任水平。 本文首先從國內(nèi)外企業(yè)社會責(zé)任理論研究現(xiàn)狀入手，結(jié)合我國石油企業(yè)特殊性以及低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求，對低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下我國石油企業(yè)社會責(zé)任內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行界定。其次，參照企業(yè)社會責(zé)任報(bào)告及網(wǎng)站，分別對中國石油化工集團(tuán)公司，中國石油天然氣集團(tuán)公司，中國海洋石油公司的能源責(zé)任，經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任，環(huán)境責(zé)任，社會責(zé)任現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，歸納了存在的問題并對問題的原因進(jìn)行了分析。第三，以英國石油公司，英荷殼牌集團(tuán)，道達(dá)爾，�？松梨谒募沂凸緸閷ο蠓治鰢H石油企業(yè)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下的社會責(zé)任實(shí)踐，并從中得出對我國石油企業(yè)的啟示。最后，從政府，，企業(yè)，社會三方面提出了推進(jìn)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)下我國石油企業(yè)社會責(zé)任建設(shè)的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the negative impact of the long-term high-carbonization development of the world economy has become more and more significant, and governments have realized that it is difficult to achieve long-term economic development at the expense of the environment, and that the low-carbon economy has thus entered the stage of history, It has become an important way and means for countries to seek sustainable development. At the same time, low-carbon economy also adds new content to corporate social responsibility: low carbon responsibility, which requires enterprises to work to improve energy efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and actively address climate change. The petroleum industry has the characteristics of high energy consumption, high pollution and high emission. Under the premise that our government should vigorously promote low-carbon economy and build a harmonious society, low carbon and social responsibility problems have become an important factor affecting the development of petroleum enterprises in China. Therefore, China's petroleum enterprises should conscientiously implement the development requirements of low-carbon economy and improve the level of corporate social responsibility. This paper begins with the current situation of the research on the theory of corporate social responsibility at home and abroad, and defines the connotation of the social responsibility of our country's petroleum enterprises under the low carbon economy combined with the particularity of our country's petroleum enterprises and the requirements of low-carbon economy. Secondly, referring to corporate social responsibility reports and websites, respectively, the energy, economic and environmental responsibilities of the China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation, the China National Petroleum and Gas Corporation, and the China National Offshore Oil Corporation are discussed. The present situation of social responsibility is analyzed, the existing problems are summarized and the causes of the problems are analyzed. Thirdly, taking BP, Anglo-Dutch Shell, Total and ExxonMobil as the objects, this paper analyzes the social responsibility practice of international oil enterprises under the low carbon economy, and draws the enlightenment to our country's oil enterprises. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of China's petroleum enterprises' social responsibility under the low carbon economy from the three aspects of government, enterprise and society.
