【摘要】：企業(yè)文化能夠體現(xiàn)企業(yè)的發(fā)展目標(biāo),使企業(yè)員工的價(jià)值觀和企業(yè)的價(jià)值觀融合。安全文化作為一種重要的安全管理模式,是預(yù)防事故、提升企業(yè)安全管理水平和保障安全生產(chǎn)的基礎(chǔ)性對(duì)策。對(duì)于電力企業(yè)而言,企業(yè)安全文化氛圍的濃厚程度能夠直接影響企業(yè)員工對(duì)于安全生產(chǎn)的態(tài)度和行為。電力企業(yè)的安全文化是安全管理的最根本手段,它能使人、機(jī)、環(huán)、管理協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,從根本上控制安全事故的發(fā)生,科學(xué)客觀地評(píng)價(jià)電力企業(yè)安全文化,也需要建立完善的安全文化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,使其對(duì)企業(yè)安全產(chǎn)生積極、正面的影響。因此,構(gòu)建電力企業(yè)安全文化體系和探討其理論和實(shí)踐意義相當(dāng)重大。 本文正是從企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的角度出發(fā),著重于安全文化建設(shè),將電力企業(yè)的精神、制度、行為、物質(zhì)等資源進(jìn)行綜合分析,構(gòu)建了我國(guó)電力企業(yè)安全文化的體系,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià).本文主要內(nèi)容如下： 首先,依據(jù)電力企業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn),詳細(xì)介紹了電力企業(yè)安全文化的內(nèi)涵、特征、意義以評(píng)價(jià)流程和方法等內(nèi)容,從而為后面章節(jié)中構(gòu)建電力企業(yè)安全文化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系做了一些理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,分析現(xiàn)階段電力企業(yè)安全文化的現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)其存在的問題進(jìn)行了論述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)電力企業(yè)安全文化體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,分析體系構(gòu)建中應(yīng)用的原則、要素及結(jié)構(gòu),并運(yùn)用層次分析法進(jìn)一步構(gòu)建電力企業(yè)安全文化體系。 最后,結(jié)合某電力公司安全文化建設(shè)的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用模糊AHP綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,對(duì)該公司安全文化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)研究。從安全物質(zhì)文化、安全精神文化、安全制度文化和安全行為文化四個(gè)方面提出了電力企業(yè)安全文化的建設(shè)方案。
[Abstract]:Corporate culture can embody the development goal of the enterprise and make the values of the employees and the values of the enterprise merge. As an important mode of safety management, safety culture is the basic countermeasure to prevent accidents, improve the level of safety management and ensure the safety of production. For electric power enterprises, the strong degree of corporate safety culture can directly affect the attitude and behavior of employees on production safety. The safety culture of electric power enterprises is the most fundamental means of safety management. It can make people, machine, environment and management develop harmoniously, control the occurrence of safety accidents fundamentally, and evaluate the safety culture of electric power enterprises scientifically and objectively. It is also necessary to establish a perfect evaluation index system of safety culture so that it has a positive and positive impact on enterprise safety. Therefore, it is very important to construct the safety culture system of electric power enterprises and discuss its theory and practice. From the point of view of enterprise culture construction, this paper focuses on the construction of safety culture, analyzes the spirit, system, behavior, material and other resources of the electric power enterprise, and constructs the safety culture system of the electric power enterprise in our country. And carries on the scientific appraisal to it. The main contents of this paper are as follows: First of all, according to the characteristics of electric power enterprise safety production, the connotation, characteristics and significance of power enterprise safety culture are introduced in detail. Therefore, it makes some theoretical foundation for the construction of power enterprise safety culture evaluation index system in the following chapters. Secondly, the present situation of power enterprise safety culture is analyzed, and the existing problems are discussed. On this basis, the paper constructs the safety culture system of electric power enterprises, analyzes the principles, elements and structures applied in the construction of the system, and further constructs the safety culture system of electric power enterprises by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Finally, combined with the actual situation of the safety culture construction in a power company, the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the present situation of the safety culture of the power company. The construction scheme of safety culture in electric power enterprises is put forward from four aspects: safety material culture, safety spirit culture, safety system culture and safety behavior culture.
