【摘要】：近年來由于國家進行4萬億的投資和大力倡導基礎項目工程建設,以及西部大開發(fā),使得國內工程機械行業(yè)取得了突飛猛進的發(fā)展。同時,作為工程機械行業(yè)重要配套產品的液壓產品行業(yè),在過去的這些年中也取得了突飛猛進的發(fā)展,許多外資的液壓產品供應商紛紛在國內投資設廠,為國內的工程機械公司配套供貨。但是由于工程機械行業(yè)對液壓產品有很高的要求,目前絕大部分的液壓產品,還是以國外進口和國內外資企業(yè)生產的為主,因此液壓產品行業(yè)存在較長的供應鏈,同時國內市場對工程機械需求的具有季節(jié)性變化和需求的不確定性,對液壓產品行業(yè)的庫存管理造成很大的影響。 本文以蘇州M公司庫存管理所面臨的問題為研究背景。具體對庫存不足和庫存過剩問題開展研究,在介紹蘇州M公司目前基本情況的基礎上,圍繞庫存不足和庫存過剩問題,采用科學的供應鏈庫存管理方法對庫存不足和庫存過剩產生的原因進行分析和總結,同時對于以上的問題提出相應的對策和解決辦法。本文對液壓產品行業(yè)中供應鏈庫存管理存在的問題進行了深度分析,發(fā)掘其存在的原因,找出造成這些現(xiàn)狀的潛在因素,并進行了客觀評價和總結,對當前液壓產品行業(yè)的供應鏈庫存管理的實際操作有一定的借鑒指導意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction machinery industry in China has made great progress due to the investment of $4 trillion and the construction of basic projects and the development of the western region. At the same time, as an important supporting product of the construction machinery industry, the hydraulic products industry has also made rapid progress in the past few years. Many foreign-funded hydraulic product suppliers have invested in setting up factories in China. For the domestic construction machinery company supporting supply. However, because the construction machinery industry has very high requirements for hydraulic products, at present, most of the hydraulic products are mainly produced by foreign imports and foreign enterprises at home, so there is a long supply chain in the hydraulic products industry. At the same time, the demand of construction machinery in domestic market has seasonal variation and uncertainty of demand, which has a great impact on the inventory management of hydraulic products industry. The background of this paper is the problems of stock management in Suzhou M Company. On the basis of introducing the current basic situation of Suzhou M Company, focusing on the problems of insufficient inventory and surplus inventory, This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of inventory shortage and overstock by using scientific inventory management method in supply chain. At the same time, it puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and solutions to the above problems. In this paper, the problems existing in the supply chain inventory management in the hydraulic products industry are deeply analyzed, the reasons for these problems are explored, the potential factors for these present situations are found out, and the objective evaluation and summary are carried out. It has certain reference significance for the actual operation of supply chain inventory management in hydraulic products industry.
