【摘要】:結(jié)合工業(yè)部門(mén)的碳排放概況,本文實(shí)證測(cè)度了中國(guó)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)碳排放的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),不同于以往的研究,本文對(duì)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的劃分更為細(xì)致,并且采用一種改進(jìn)的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度模型。結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)工業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)碳排放總體存在較強(qiáng)的關(guān)聯(lián)效應(yīng),但各行業(yè)比重與碳排放的關(guān)聯(lián)程度存在一定的差異,與行業(yè)發(fā)展歷程、行業(yè)特性、生產(chǎn)節(jié)能技術(shù)水平等方面有關(guān);與碳排放的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度很高的行業(yè)應(yīng)作為結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重點(diǎn)對(duì)象,如金屬冶煉及壓延加工業(yè)、采礦業(yè)、電力、燃?xì)饧八纳a(chǎn)和供應(yīng)業(yè)和化學(xué)工業(yè)等的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模應(yīng)被適度縮減,并提升其生產(chǎn)效率與能源利用率;而紡織業(yè)、食品制造及煙草加工業(yè)等傳統(tǒng)輕工業(yè)、以及通信設(shè)備、計(jì)算機(jī)及其他電子設(shè)備制造業(yè)和儀器儀表及文化、辦公用機(jī)械制造業(yè)等先進(jìn)制造業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)度均不高且相差較小,但也不可一味的任意擴(kuò)張,應(yīng)分清調(diào)整主次與先后順序,合理的確定擴(kuò)張速度與發(fā)展模式。
[Abstract]:Combined with the general situation of carbon emissions in industrial sector, this paper empirically measures the grey correlation effect of industrial structure adjustment on carbon emissions in China, which is different from previous studies, and the classification of industrial structure is more detailed in this paper. And an improved grey correlation model is adopted. The results show that the adjustment of industrial structure in China has a strong correlation effect on carbon emissions, but there are some differences between the proportion of industries and the degree of relevance of carbon emissions, which is related to the industry development history and industry characteristics. Industries with high grey correlation with carbon emissions should be the focus of structural adjustment, such as metal smelting and calender processing industry, mining industry, electric power, etc. The production and supply of gas and water, the chemical industry, etc., should be scaled down and their production efficiency and energy efficiency improved, while traditional light industries such as textiles, food manufacturing and tobacco processing, as well as communications equipment, Computer and other electronic equipment manufacturing, instrumentation and culture, office machinery manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing industries are not high correlation and small differences, but also can not blindly expand, should clearly adjust the priority and order of priority, Reasonably determine the expansion rate and development model.
