【摘要】：正尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位專家、各位代表:上午好!本次論壇以"聚焦能力、激勵(lì)創(chuàng)新"為論壇宗旨,以"引領(lǐng)軍工試驗(yàn)測(cè)試技術(shù)發(fā)展,為‘十三五’規(guī)劃建言獻(xiàn)策"為主題進(jìn)行研討,會(huì)上將有幾位院士和十幾位業(yè)內(nèi)資深專家就有關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究成果作深入介紹,相信借助于這個(gè)平臺(tái),大家可以充分交流研究心得與實(shí)踐體會(huì),相互啟發(fā)、相互借鑒、共同提高;同時(shí)大會(huì)還將深入探討和"試驗(yàn)與測(cè)試技術(shù)"發(fā)展有關(guān)的前瞻性、全局性和戰(zhàn)略性問題,必將推動(dòng)我國(guó)試驗(yàn)與測(cè)試技術(shù)發(fā)展,提升我國(guó)試驗(yàn)
[Abstract]:Distinguished leaders, experts, representatives: good morning! This forum aims at "focusing on ability, encouraging innovation", and discusses the theme of "leading the development of military industry test and testing technology and making suggestions for the 13th Five-Year Plan". At the meeting, several academicians and more than a dozen senior experts in the industry will make an in-depth introduction to the research results in related fields.
