【摘要】：石化行業(yè)是關(guān)系我國(guó)國(guó)家安全的戰(zhàn)略性支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)，對(duì)于我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展具有重要作用。雖然自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)我國(guó)石化行業(yè)取得了巨大的進(jìn)步，但目前仍處于改革的初步階段。經(jīng)營(yíng)效率作為衡量我國(guó)石化行業(yè)整體運(yùn)行水平和綜合實(shí)力的重要指標(biāo)，與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比還存在一定的差距，并且國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)我國(guó)石化企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的研究較少，因此，石化上市公司經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的研究對(duì)于提高行業(yè)整體經(jīng)營(yíng)效率具有緊迫性和重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 針對(duì)我國(guó)石化行業(yè)是多投入多產(chǎn)出系統(tǒng)，在對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行比較之后選取數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析方法作為經(jīng)營(yíng)效率評(píng)價(jià)方法。在相關(guān)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率評(píng)價(jià)理論的支撐和一定原則框架內(nèi)，，選取12家石化上市公司作為研究樣本，以主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)收入成本、三項(xiàng)期間費(fèi)用、員工數(shù)量作為投入指標(biāo)，以主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)收入、總資產(chǎn)作為產(chǎn)出指標(biāo)，構(gòu)建石化上市公司經(jīng)營(yíng)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系�；�12家石化上市公司2007-2011年的數(shù)據(jù)，首先，運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析模型對(duì)技術(shù)效率、純技術(shù)效率、規(guī)模效率進(jìn)行靜態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)；其次，運(yùn)用基于數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析模型的Malmquist指數(shù)對(duì)全要素生產(chǎn)指數(shù)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)，通過(guò)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)相結(jié)合的方式進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。根據(jù)實(shí)證分析的結(jié)果及石化行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，提出提高我國(guó)石化行業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)效率的建議。
[Abstract]:Petrochemical industry is a strategic pillar industry related to China's national security and plays an important role in the development of our national economy. Although China's petrochemical industry has made great progress since the reform and opening up, it is still in the initial stage of reform. As an important index to measure the overall operation level and comprehensive strength of petrochemical industry in China, there is still a certain gap between China's petrochemical industry and developed countries. The research on the operating efficiency of listed companies in petrochemical industry is of great urgency and practical significance for improving the overall operating efficiency of the industry. In view of the multi-input and multi-output system in petrochemical industry of our country, after comparing the evaluation methods, the data envelopment analysis method is selected as the operational efficiency evaluation method. In the framework of the related operational efficiency evaluation theory and certain principles, 12 petrochemical listed companies are selected as the research samples, with the main business revenue cost, three period expenses, the number of employees as the input index, and the main business income. As the output index, the total assets set up the evaluation index system of the operating efficiency of the listed companies. Based on the data of 12 listed petrochemical companies from 2007 to 2011, firstly, we use the data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. The Malmquist index based on the data envelopment analysis model is used to evaluate the total factor production index dynamically, and the empirical analysis is carried out through the combination of static and dynamic methods. According to the results of empirical analysis and the present situation of petrochemical industry development, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the operation efficiency of petrochemical industry in China.
