【摘要】:摘要:我國加入WTO后,企業(yè)均感受到全球經(jīng)濟一體化的挑戰(zhàn),現(xiàn)代科學管理受到普遍重視,特別是對信息化的需求越來越迫切。在沒有企業(yè)資源計劃(ERP)系統(tǒng)或現(xiàn)有ERP系統(tǒng)無法滿足要求的情況下,企業(yè)必須選擇合適其發(fā)展的ERP系統(tǒng)。如何升級為適合SH集團的ERP系統(tǒng)已是一個非常迫切的問題。本文結(jié)合SH集團的業(yè)務(wù)管理和流程的調(diào)整,探討ERP系統(tǒng)的升級與實施研究。 本文以SH集團ERP升級為例,采用案例分析法,首先,在介紹SH集團概況的基礎(chǔ)上,對SH集團的ERP運行現(xiàn)狀進行介紹,提出集團信息化及ERP系統(tǒng)的功能需求。其次,論文對SH集團現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)功能進行了梳理,對業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)和流程進行了詳細的分析與設(shè)計。再次,論文論述了SH集團ERP系統(tǒng)升級的實施步驟,并對人員培訓等方面做了簡單的介紹。最后,論文對SH集團升級后的ERP系統(tǒng)運行情況以及維護工作方面做了介紹。 論文以SH集團對管理的需求為基礎(chǔ),以SH集團的ERP升級實施為研究對象,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)管理和流程的分析設(shè)計,擬為我國工程機械行業(yè)公司化企業(yè)的ERP成功實施提供一種實用的參考模型和方法,進一步豐富公司企業(yè)的ERP軟件實施的研究成果。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: after China's entry into WTO, enterprises all feel the challenge of global economic integration, and modern scientific management is paid more and more attention to, especially the demand for information technology is becoming more and more urgent. If there is no ERP system or the existing ERP system can not meet the requirements, the enterprise must choose a suitable ERP system for its development. How to upgrade to a suitable SH Group ERP system has been a very urgent problem. Based on the business management and process adjustment of SH Group, this paper discusses the upgrade and implementation of ERP system. This paper takes the ERP upgrade of SH Group as an example, adopts the case analysis method. Firstly, on the basis of introducing the general situation of SH Group, this paper introduces the current situation of ERP operation of SH Group, and puts forward the functional requirements of Group Informatization and ERP system. Secondly, the paper combs the existing business functions of SH Group, and analyzes and designs the business structure and process in detail. Thirdly, the paper discusses the implementation steps of SH Group ERP system upgrade, and makes a brief introduction to personnel training and so on. Finally, the paper introduces the operation and maintenance of ERP system after SH Group upgrade. Based on the demand of SH Group for management, this paper takes the implementation of ERP upgrade of SH Group as the research object, combined with the analysis and design of business management and process. It is intended to provide a practical reference model and method for the successful implementation of ERP in Chinese construction machinery enterprises, and further enrich the research results of ERP software implementation in Chinese construction machinery enterprises.
