【摘要】：日用玻璃器皿生產(chǎn)行業(yè)的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是提高企業(yè)綜合競爭力的重要手段。經(jīng)過十年的發(fā)展,AGN公司生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場工藝技術(shù)水平得到了較大的提升。與此同時,伴隨著國內(nèi)日用玻璃器皿行業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展及國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策調(diào)控方針相繼出臺,AGN公司根據(jù)自身實際情況,積極應(yīng)對市場環(huán)境的變化,制定了適合自己的市場競爭策略,并以此為依據(jù)推進企業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的改革、加快自主技術(shù)創(chuàng)新步伐、提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新效率、保持市場競爭優(yōu)勢。論文通過對現(xiàn)階段AGN公司的競爭策略的梳理,分析AGN公司生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理現(xiàn)狀、結(jié)合AGN公司生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的外部和內(nèi)部因素進行新的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新體系設(shè)計。最后針對新體系的特點,完善相應(yīng)的保障措施。論文結(jié)合技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、項目管理和現(xiàn)場管理理論,形成一套獨特的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理的理論分析框架、結(jié)合AGN公司的實際情況,形成了以項目流程管理為主線,配合現(xiàn)場管理工具加強過程控制的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理新體系,并提出任何生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動須服務(wù)于技改項目這一新觀點、強化流程管理和過程控制,從而保持生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動的高效性和持續(xù)性。通過理論分析及實踐驗證,AGN公司新的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理體系的實施可有效提高生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新活動的實施效率及效果。同時,新體系的建立有助于提高AGN公司的綜合技術(shù)管理水平、調(diào)動員工的積極性、完善公司的人才梯隊建設(shè)。AGN公司生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理所遇到的問題在國內(nèi)玻璃器皿行業(yè)中具有普遍性,國內(nèi)大部分玻璃器皿生產(chǎn)廠家都已面臨或即將面臨如同AGN公司同樣的問題,AGN公司生產(chǎn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新管理體系的建設(shè)可為其它日用玻璃器皿生產(chǎn)企業(yè)有所借鑒。
[Abstract]:The production technology innovation of daily glassware production industry is an important means to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. After ten years of development, AGN production site technology level has been greatly improved. At the same time, with the rapid development of the domestic glassware industry and the national industrial policy regulation and control policy, the AGN company, according to its own actual situation, actively responds to the changes of the market environment and formulates its own market competition strategy. On the basis of this, we should push forward the reform of the management of production technology innovation, speed up the pace of independent technological innovation, improve the efficiency of technological innovation, and maintain the competitive advantage of the market. Through combing the competition strategy of AGN Company at present, this paper analyzes the present situation of production technology innovation management of AGN Company, and designs a new production technology innovation system combining the external and internal factors of AGN company's production technology innovation management. Finally, according to the characteristics of the new system, improve the corresponding safeguards. Combining with the theory of technology innovation, project management and field management, this paper forms a unique theoretical analysis framework of production technology innovation management, combined with the actual situation of AGN Company, forming a project process management as the main line. The new management system of process control is strengthened with on-site management tools, and the new viewpoint that any production technological innovation activities should serve the technical innovation project is put forward, and the process management and process control are strengthened. In order to maintain the efficiency and sustainability of production technology innovation activities. Through theoretical analysis and practice, it is proved that the implementation of the new production technology innovation management system of AGN Company can effectively improve the efficiency and effect of the implementation of production technology innovation activities. At the same time, the establishment of the new system will help to improve the comprehensive technical management level of AGN Company, and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. The problems encountered in the management of production technology innovation in AGN are universal in the domestic glassware industry. Most glassware manufacturers in China have faced or are about to face the same problems as AGN Company. The construction of technological innovation management system of AGN company can be used for reference by other daily glassware manufacturers.
