【摘要】:醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)是21世紀(jì)朝陽行業(yè)之一,不僅關(guān)乎人們的健康與生存質(zhì)量,更關(guān)鍵的在于它集知識(shí)密集、技術(shù)密集、競(jìng)爭密集于一身,是代表一個(gè)國家制造業(yè)科技水平的重要標(biāo)志之一。G醫(yī)療公司關(guān)注女性健康,為宣傳推廣女性健康新觀念、新技術(shù),提高女性生活質(zhì)量,創(chuàng)建中國的現(xiàn)代婦科服務(wù)模式而努力。本文主要通過SWOT分析法分析公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,并找出公司優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)、威脅,為制定戰(zhàn)略提供依據(jù)。在分析過程中,用到了PEST分析模型對(duì)宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,并用波特五力對(duì)競(jìng)爭環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,以期得出最客觀的結(jié)論。經(jīng)過一系列分析,為G公司設(shè)計(jì)了成本領(lǐng)先和差異化的戰(zhàn)略,為其設(shè)計(jì)了新型醫(yī)改體制下的市場(chǎng)營銷戰(zhàn)略,本文也實(shí)時(shí)地為其制定了融資戰(zhàn)略、技術(shù)開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略、品牌戰(zhàn)略。本文為了實(shí)現(xiàn)公司目標(biāo)而設(shè)計(jì)了具有指導(dǎo)性、全局性、長遠(yuǎn)性的公司謀略,與此同時(shí),也指出了公司謀略應(yīng)該如何實(shí)施。本文同時(shí)希望通過完善和加強(qiáng)財(cái)務(wù)制度、渠道建設(shè)、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等一系列措施的保證,實(shí)現(xiàn)公司長足穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,最終為我國女性健康事業(yè)的發(fā)展,做出自己應(yīng)有的貢獻(xiàn)。本文期望在新型醫(yī)改體制下,為其制定的營銷戰(zhàn)略為創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),并希望此戰(zhàn)略真正能為G醫(yī)療公司帶來效益。
[Abstract]:Medical device industry is one of the sunrise industries in the 21st century. It not only concerns people's health and quality of life, but also integrates knowledge, technology and competition. G Medical Company is one of the important symbols representing the scientific and technological level of manufacturing industry in a country. It pays attention to the health of women and makes great efforts to propagate and popularize the new concept and technology of women's health, improve the quality of life of women, and establish the modern gynecological service model in China. This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the company through SWOT analysis, and finds out the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. In the process of analysis, PEST analysis model is used to analyze the macro environment, and Porter's five forces are used to analyze the competitive environment in order to reach the most objective conclusion. After a series of analysis, the paper designs the strategy of cost leading and differentiation for G Company, the marketing strategy under the new medical reform system, and the financing strategy, technology development strategy and brand strategy for G Company in real time. In order to achieve the goal of the company, this paper designs a guiding, overall, long-term company strategy, at the same time, it also points out how the company strategy should be implemented. At the same time, this paper hopes that by perfecting and strengthening the financial system, channel construction, organization, corporate culture construction and a series of measures to ensure that the company can make considerable and stable development, and ultimately for the development of women's health in our country. Make your due contribution. This paper hopes that under the new medical reform system, the marketing strategy made for it is an innovation point, and that this strategy can bring benefits to G medical company.
