【摘要】:隨著人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日趨激烈,加大企業(yè)現(xiàn)有人力資源的開發(fā)、利用力度,己成為目前企業(yè)解決人才短缺、挑戰(zhàn)人才競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的最主要途徑。企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根結(jié)底是人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),CK采油廠在現(xiàn)有的體制和用人機(jī)制下,廣納賢才的程度有限,因此,加強(qiáng)對(duì)內(nèi)部職工的素質(zhì)及業(yè)務(wù)技能培訓(xùn)是提高人力資源質(zhì)量和企業(yè)整體素質(zhì)的重要手段和途徑。 如何有效地提高CK采油廠在國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,盡快提高職工的整體素質(zhì),已成為管理者所必須面對(duì)的主要問題。本文以CK采油廠為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)CK采油廠現(xiàn)行培訓(xùn)過程中出現(xiàn)的一些問題和弊端,提出改進(jìn)和完善CK采油廠培訓(xùn)體系的具體措施。本文首先交待了論文研究的背景和意義、研究方法與主要內(nèi)容,在此基礎(chǔ)上評(píng)述概括已有的主要的員工培訓(xùn)理論,主要介紹了培訓(xùn)的概念和分類,以及企業(yè)員工培訓(xùn)的基本方法和流程。。其次,分析了CK采油廠目前培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀,并通過問卷調(diào)查分析了CK采油廠當(dāng)前培訓(xùn)過程中存在的主要問題。再次,根據(jù)CK采油廠人力資源和員工培訓(xùn)的實(shí)際情況,在對(duì)CK采油廠員工培訓(xùn)需求分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用科學(xué)的分析方法,改進(jìn)完善了CK采油廠的員工培訓(xùn)體系方案。本文最后,同時(shí),為了確保培訓(xùn)工作的順利開展,提出CK采油廠培訓(xùn)方案的實(shí)施保障措施,從組織和制度、以及企業(yè)文化等六個(gè)方面提出了相關(guān)保障措施。 本文的貢獻(xiàn)主要體現(xiàn)在三個(gè)方面:首先在充分理論支持下,尋找出了CK采油廠員工培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問題;其次在系統(tǒng)分析CK采油廠企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了CK采油廠員工培訓(xùn)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案;最后并提出了CK采油廠培訓(xùn)優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施和保障。因此,本文也為延長(zhǎng)石油集團(tuán)其他采油廠在人力資源培訓(xùn)體系的優(yōu)化方面提供依據(jù),具有一定的理論和實(shí)踐的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition for talents, increasing the development and utilization of existing human resources has become the most important way for enterprises to solve the talent shortage and challenge the talent competition. In the final analysis, the competition of enterprises is the competition of human resources. Under the existing system and employment mechanism, the degree of accepting talents is limited. Therefore, It is an important means and way to improve the quality of human resources and the whole quality of enterprises to strengthen the training of quality and professional skills of internal staff and workers. How to effectively improve the competitiveness of CK production plant in the international and domestic enterprises competition and improve the overall quality of workers as soon as possible has become the main problem that managers must face. This paper takes CK oil production plant as the research object, aiming at some problems and drawbacks in the current training process of CK oil production plant, puts forward the concrete measures to improve and perfect the training system of CK oil production plant. This paper first describes the background and significance of the research, research methods and main contents, and then reviews and summarizes the existing main employee training theory, mainly introduces the concept and classification of training. And the basic method and process of employee training. Secondly, the present training system of CK oil production plant is analyzed, and the main problems in the current training process of CK oil extraction plant are analyzed by questionnaire survey. Thirdly, according to the actual situation of human resources and staff training in CK oil production plant, on the basis of the analysis of the training needs of employees in CK oil production plant, the scientific analysis method is adopted to improve and perfect the training system scheme of CK oil production plant. Finally, in order to ensure the smooth development of the training work, this paper puts forward the implementation safeguard measures of the training program of CK oil production plant, and puts forward the relevant safeguard measures from six aspects, such as organization and system, and corporate culture. The contributions of this paper are mainly reflected in three aspects: first, under the full theoretical support, to find out the existing problems in the training system of CK oil production plant; secondly, on the basis of systematic analysis of the current situation of the training system of CK oil production plant, This paper puts forward the optimal design scheme of CK oil production plant staff training, and finally puts forward the implementation and guarantee of CK oil production plant training optimization scheme. Therefore, this paper also provides the basis for the optimization of human resource training system in other oil production plants of Yanchang Petroleum Group, which has certain theoretical and practical reference value.
