【摘要】：企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略管理是企業(yè)管理的重要組成部分。在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大潮激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中，一個(gè)企業(yè)要求得生存、要求得發(fā)展，必須要有一個(gè)適合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，必須形成自己獨(dú)特的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，走可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路。 中信戴卡寧波輪轂制造有限公司正處在肩負(fù)著拉動(dòng)整個(gè)集團(tuán)轉(zhuǎn)型的歷史發(fā)展重要關(guān)頭，在巨大的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)面前，如何形成并發(fā)展自身的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力，真正完成所肩負(fù)的歷史使命，保持長(zhǎng)久的產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是本文研究的關(guān)鍵。 首先，本文以國(guó)際大環(huán)境和國(guó)內(nèi)宏觀環(huán)境為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，宏觀分析了世界汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和全球經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)下對(duì)于鋁車(chē)輪行業(yè)發(fā)展的影響。隨后向行業(yè)環(huán)境分析過(guò)渡，采用波特五力分析模型為總結(jié)鋁車(chē)輪行業(yè)成功關(guān)鍵因素奠定了基礎(chǔ)。然后從通過(guò)外部戰(zhàn)略要素評(píng)價(jià)（EFE矩陣）對(duì)系統(tǒng)性的對(duì)中信戴卡寧波輪轂制造有限公司的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)，確定了外部環(huán)境下企業(yè)所面對(duì)的發(fā)展機(jī)遇與威脅。 其次，本文對(duì)對(duì)公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品制造、制造成本、人力資源狀況、企業(yè)文化、采購(gòu)、研發(fā)、市場(chǎng)和營(yíng)銷(xiāo)八個(gè)根本上影響到企業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)的方面進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的研究，，最后通過(guò)內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)略要素評(píng)價(jià)（IFE矩陣）的方式闡述了企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境下的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，為后續(xù)戰(zhàn)略制定提供了良好的鋪墊。 最后，通過(guò)線(xiàn)性擬合的方式構(gòu)建模型對(duì)未來(lái)中信戴卡寧波輪轂制造有限公司未來(lái)六年的產(chǎn)值進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè)。以SWOT分析法綜合和系統(tǒng)性的分析了企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部條件確定了企業(yè)的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，并進(jìn)行了科學(xué)的評(píng)估和選擇，從而確定了先進(jìn)的管理、先進(jìn)的制造、少人化和人才培養(yǎng)、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定戰(zhàn)略、全面預(yù)算戰(zhàn)略等戰(zhàn)略，并就戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施策略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性分析和提出了實(shí)施建議。 此研究成果對(duì)于中信戴卡寧波輪轂制造有限公司當(dāng)前和未來(lái)的發(fā)展具有一定的參考價(jià)值，能夠在實(shí)施過(guò)程中帶來(lái)顯著的管理效益。
[Abstract]:Strategic management of enterprise development is an important part of enterprise management. In the fierce competitive environment of the market economy, an enterprise must have a suitable development strategy, form its own unique core competitiveness and take the road of sustainable development. CITIC Dai Ka Ningbo Hub Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is at an important juncture in the historical development of the whole group's transformation. In the face of enormous opportunities and challenges, how to form and develop its own core competitiveness, The key of this paper is to fulfill the historical mission and maintain the long-term product competitiveness and cost competitiveness. Firstly, based on the international and domestic macro environment, this paper analyzes the trend of the development of the world automobile industry and the influence of the global economic crisis on the development of the aluminum wheel industry. Then, the model of Porter's five-force analysis is used to summarize the key factors of success in aluminum wheel industry. Then the external environment of CITIC Daika Ningbo Hub Manufacturing Co., Ltd is systematically evaluated through the evaluation of external strategic elements and EFE matrix, and the development opportunities and threats faced by enterprises under external environment are determined. Secondly, this paper makes a detailed study on eight aspects that fundamentally affect the operation of the company, such as organizational structure, product manufacturing, manufacturing cost, human resource situation, corporate culture, procurement, research and development, market and marketing. In the end, the paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the internal environment through the evaluation of IFE matrix of internal strategic elements, which provides a good foundation for the subsequent strategy formulation. Finally, the future output value of CITIC Deca Ningbo Hub Manufacturing Co., Ltd is predicted by linear fitting model. The internal and external conditions of the enterprise are analyzed synthetically and systematically with the SWOT analysis method, and the overall development strategy of the enterprise is determined, and the scientific evaluation and selection are carried out, so as to determine the advanced management, advanced manufacturing, less humanization and personnel training. The strategies of quality stability and overall budget are analyzed systematically and some suggestions are put forward. This research result has certain reference value for the current and future development of CITIC Daika Ningbo Hub Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and can bring significant management benefits in the process of implementation.
