【摘要】：作為國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分,焦化行業(yè)對我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和健康發(fā)展做出了重大貢獻(xiàn),同時(shí)焦化行業(yè)自身也在不斷發(fā)展,如落后產(chǎn)能淘汰步伐加快,獨(dú)立焦化企業(yè)增幅擴(kuò)大,加大焦?fàn)t投資、化產(chǎn)品回收及深加工、煤氣高效利用裝置投資等。但自2003年,由于鋼鐵——焦炭產(chǎn)能過剩,遭受上下游擠壓;國際市場需求放緩,焦炭出口下降,競爭加劇;產(chǎn)業(yè)布局不合理、精細(xì)加工層次不高、能源利用率偏低等問題凸顯,造成焦化企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益長期處于低水平,焦化行業(yè)盈利能力下降。本文首先對焦化行業(yè)和企業(yè)盈利能力的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行綜述,然后以我國焦化行業(yè)13家上市公司作為研究對象,分別從公司規(guī)模、資本結(jié)構(gòu)、公司風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、成長性、營運(yùn)效率、治理結(jié)構(gòu)以及股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)八個(gè)方面選取11個(gè)可能影響盈利能力的指標(biāo)變量,搜集整理我國家焦化行業(yè)上市公司從2007年到2012年的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),基于因子分析法進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析和處理,從而找出對我國焦化行業(yè)盈利能力影響的重要因素。最后針對實(shí)證分析結(jié)果,本文對我國焦化行業(yè)如何提高盈利能力,實(shí)現(xiàn)快速健康發(fā)展提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the national economy, the coking industry has made great contributions to the economic construction and healthy development of our country. At the same time, the coking industry itself has also been developing continuously, such as the accelerated pace of backward production capacity elimination and the expansion of the growth rate of independent coking enterprises. Increase coke oven investment, chemical product recovery and deep processing, gas efficient use of equipment investment. However, since 2003, due to the overcapacity of steel and coke, it has been squeezed upstream and downstream; the international market demand has slowed down, coke exports have declined, and competition has intensified; the industrial layout is unreasonable, the level of fine processing is not high, and the energy utilization ratio is on the low side. Cause coking plant economic benefit is low level for a long time, profit ability of coking industry drops. This paper first summarizes the relevant theories about the profitability of the coking industry and enterprises, and then takes 13 listed companies in the coking industry of China as the research object, from the aspects of corporate size, capital structure, corporate risk, growth, operational efficiency, respectively. Eight aspects of governance structure and equity structure select 11 index variables that may affect profitability, collect and sort out the relevant data of listed companies in China's national coking industry from 2007 to 2012, and analyze and process the data based on factor analysis. Thus find out the important factors that affect the profitability of coking industry in China. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the profitability and realize the rapid and healthy development of the coking industry in China.
