【摘要】：我國在進入工業(yè)化中期發(fā)展階段后,工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略選擇面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn),信息時代的中國迫切需要一個緊跟時代步伐的新型工業(yè)化道路。新型工業(yè)化道路是當下工業(yè)發(fā)展的必由之路。在這種情況下,進行新型工業(yè)化測度研究,并認真總結新型工業(yè)化的現(xiàn)狀、分析新型工業(yè)化存在的問題,充分發(fā)揮產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新在我國各地區(qū)推進新型工業(yè)化的作用,對于統(tǒng)籌推進全國新工業(yè)的發(fā)展與轉變,總體推進新型工業(yè)化和全面建成小康社會無疑具有重大意義。 本文首先從新型工業(yè)化的內涵與特征入手,通過傳統(tǒng)與新型工業(yè)化的對比,指出了傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的機器化、重工業(yè)化、消耗性、間斷性、污染化、物本化、二元化等特征,以及新型工業(yè)化背景下的產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化、轉化性、服務化、盈利性、循環(huán)化、生態(tài)化、人本化、城鄉(xiāng)一體化等特征,明確了傳統(tǒng)和新型工業(yè)化背景下產(chǎn)業(yè)不同特點。 在此基礎上,本文提出了新型工業(yè)化測度指標,從四個角度進行把握,分別是包括信息性和城鄉(xiāng)一體化指標的新型工業(yè)化規(guī)模性測度,包括盈利性和人本性指標的新型工業(yè)化盈利性測度,包括服務性指標的新型工業(yè)化結構性測度以及包括轉化性、循環(huán)性和生態(tài)性指標的新型工業(yè)化轉化性測度,并繼而探析新型工業(yè)化的測度指標及模型。 隨后本文分別從我國發(fā)達地區(qū)、老工業(yè)基地以及不發(fā)達地區(qū)三個方面進行新型工業(yè)化測度指標的計算,分析各地區(qū)新型工業(yè)化測度指標數(shù)據(jù),并以此為基礎,剖析不同發(fā)達程度的地區(qū)存在的問題,繼而試圖提出對今后新型工業(yè)化事業(yè)發(fā)展的調整進路。
[Abstract]:After entering the middle stage of industrialization, China is facing new challenges in the choice of industrialization strategy. In the information age, China urgently needs a new industrialization road to keep up with the pace of the times. The road of new industrialization is the only way of industrial development. In this case, we should study the measurement of new-type industrialization, sum up the present situation of new-type industrialization, analyze the existing problems of new-type industrialization, and give full play to the role of industrial innovation in promoting new-type industrialization in all regions of our country. It is of great significance to promote the development and transformation of national new industry as a whole, to promote the new industrialization and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Starting with the connotation and characteristics of new industrialization, this paper points out the characteristics of traditional industry, such as mechanization, heavy industry, consummation, discontinuity, pollution, materialization, dualization and so on, through the comparison between traditional and new industrialization, and points out the characteristics of traditional industry such as mechanization, heavy industry, consummation, discontinuity, pollution, materialization and dualization. And the characteristics of industry informatization, transformation, service, profitability, circulation, ecology, humanization, urban-rural integration and so on under the background of new industrialization, this paper clarifies the different characteristics of industry under the background of traditional and new industrialization. On the basis of this, this paper puts forward the new industrialization measure index, which can be grasped from four angles, that is, the new industrialization scale measure including information and urban-rural integration index. New industrialization profitability measures including profitability and human nature indicators, including new industrialization structural measures of service indicators and new industrialization transformation measures including transformative, circular and ecological indicators. And then analyzes the new industrialization measurement indicators and models. Then this paper calculates the index of new-type industrialization from three aspects of developed region, old industrial base and underdeveloped area, analyzes the index data of new-type industrialization measure in each region, and takes this as the basis. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the regions with different degrees of development, and then attempts to put forward the way to adjust the development of the new industrialization in the future.
