【摘要】：進入21世紀,隨著全球經(jīng)濟一體化進程的加快和市場競爭的日趨激烈,戰(zhàn)略管理逐步成為公司提高自身可持續(xù)性發(fā)展能力和獲得核心競爭力的最為重要部分。企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略就是著眼于長遠,適應企業(yè)外部環(huán)境和內部條件而作出的總括性發(fā)展規(guī)劃。它指明了企業(yè)在競爭環(huán)境中的生存態(tài)勢和發(fā)展方向,決定了最重要的工作內容和競爭方式。 中國擁有豐富的煤層氣資源,開發(fā)前景廣闊。本文針對我國煤層氣資源開發(fā)利用現(xiàn)狀,結合山西能源產業(yè)集團有限責任公司開展煤層氣開發(fā)利用項目的優(yōu)勢、劣勢的分析,制定一套適應全國煤層氣發(fā)展競爭形勢、適應我國及山西省煤層氣發(fā)展要求,具有山西能源產業(yè)集團企業(yè)特色的煤層氣可行性發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即：憑借山西能源產業(yè)集團在山西省能源特別是煤層氣領域得天獨厚的政策、品牌優(yōu)勢,立足本省,會同省內各煤層氣開發(fā)企業(yè)長期保持的良好合作關系,引進國內外戰(zhàn)略投資者和專業(yè)技術人才,憑借國家中部崛起和新能源大發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略契機,堅持大力發(fā)展以煤層氣綜合利用項目為主的方針,逐步建成“技術一流、開發(fā)領先、項目完善、管理科學”的煤層氣強勢企業(yè)。從而達到為企業(yè)選擇有價值的產業(yè)發(fā)展方向、為煤層氣產業(yè)發(fā)展提供可行思路、為煤層氣行業(yè)創(chuàng)新的體系建立謀求新的實現(xiàn)方式的最終目的。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the acceleration of the process of global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition, strategic management has gradually become the most important part for the company to improve its ability of sustainable development and obtain the core competitiveness. Enterprise strategy is to focus on the long-term, adapt to the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise to make the overall development plan. It indicates the survival situation and development direction of the enterprise in the competitive environment, and determines the most important work content and competition mode. China is rich in coal-bed methane resources and has broad prospects for development. In view of the present situation of coal bed methane resources development and utilization in China, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of developing and utilizing coal bed methane projects in Shanxi Energy Industry Group Co., Ltd., and formulates a set of suitable coal bed methane development and competition situation for the whole country. According to the development requirements of coal bed methane in our country and Shanxi Province, the feasible development strategy of coal bed methane with the characteristics of Shanxi energy industry group enterprises, that is, relying on the unique policy of Shanxi energy industry group in the field of energy, especially coal bed methane, Brand advantages, based on the province, with the province's coal-bed methane development enterprises to maintain a long-term good cooperative relationship, the introduction of domestic and foreign strategic investors and professional technical personnel, relying on the rise of the central country and the development of new energy strategic opportunities, Adhere to the policy of vigorously developing comprehensive utilization projects of CBM, and gradually build a strong enterprise of CBM with "first-class technology, leading development, perfect project and scientific management". In order to select the valuable direction of industrial development for enterprises, to provide feasible ideas for the development of coal-bed methane industry, and to seek a new way of realization for the establishment of innovative system of coal-bed methane industry.
