【摘要】：近年來汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,湖南省政府2009年印發(fā)了湖南省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)振興實施規(guī)劃(2009-2011),2014年印發(fā)了關(guān)于加快汽車零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的若干政策措施,長豐汽車集團從戰(zhàn)略布局考慮,2011年開始汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)項目建設(shè),2012年項目建設(shè)完成,2014年項目達到滿負荷生產(chǎn)條件。本文主要對長豐汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目進行研究,首先項目前期階段,主要從前期的項目建設(shè)單位基本情況、項目運作方式、產(chǎn)品分析、市場預(yù)測、建設(shè)規(guī)模、實施進度安排、運營方案、投資分析、成本及收益分析、財務(wù)分析等進行了論證研究；然后項目開發(fā)階段,就項目建設(shè)內(nèi)容進行地塊情況、外部條件、工藝流程、配套工程闡述分析；末尾項目運營、評估階段主要為該項目的后期評估分析,從項目硬件設(shè)施、客戶評價、品牌價值、財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)對比、內(nèi)部運營分析、企業(yè)人均年產(chǎn)值、管理流程制度、經(jīng)營成本分析等角度進行評價,就項目是否達到投資建設(shè)的目標給出定論,總結(jié)該項目的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),并對后期企業(yè)運營進行風(fēng)險預(yù)測,并提出建議供企業(yè)參考。最后結(jié)論部分,總結(jié)研究成果,并予以一定展望。整體從長豐集團汽車空調(diào)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)項目的前期、開發(fā)、使用、評估四個階段進行評價分析,就建設(shè)項目本身的收獲及意義進行概括,進該項目的投資意義進行說明,最后對本文研究分析意義進行說明。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the automobile industry has been booming. In 2009, the Hunan Provincial Government issued the implementation plan for the revitalization of the automobile industry in Hunan Province 2009-2011. in 2014, it issued a number of policy measures on accelerating the development of the auto parts industry. Considering the strategic layout, Changfeng Automobile Group started the construction of automobile air conditioning system in 2011, completed the project in 2012, and reached full production conditions in 2014. This article mainly carries on the research to the Changfeng automobile air conditioning system construction project, first of all, the early stage of the project, mainly from the preliminary project construction unit basic situation, the project operation way, the product analysis, the market forecast, the construction scale, the implementation schedule, Operation plan, investment analysis, cost and income analysis, financial analysis, etc. At the end of the project operation, the evaluation stage is mainly the post-evaluation analysis of the project, from the project hardware facilities, customer evaluation, brand value, financial data comparison, internal operation analysis, enterprise per capita annual output value, management process system, From the point of view of operating cost analysis, this paper gives a conclusion on whether the project can reach the goal of investment and construction, summarizes the experience and lessons of the project, forecasts the risk of the later period of the enterprise operation, and puts forward some suggestions for the enterprise to refer to. The final conclusion part, summarizes the research results, and gives certain prospects. As a whole, in the early stage, development, use and evaluation of the automobile air-conditioning system construction project of Changfeng Group, the paper evaluates and analyzes the four stages, summarizes the harvest and significance of the construction project itself, and explains the investment significance of the project. Finally, the significance of this study is explained.
