【摘要】：可行性研究是在管理者作出投資選擇之前，對(duì)投資項(xiàng)目開展系統(tǒng)詳盡的技術(shù)分析以及經(jīng)濟(jì)研究，旨在對(duì)項(xiàng)目可行性做出合理預(yù)計(jì)和判斷的一種科學(xué)研究方法。它是項(xiàng)目投資前期的一項(xiàng)重要工作，是項(xiàng)目投資選擇中不可或缺的環(huán)節(jié)�？尚行苑治龅哪康木褪菫閷�(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目的最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)效果，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性、技術(shù)先進(jìn)性進(jìn)行全面分析和論證，給項(xiàng)目投資決策提供科學(xué)準(zhǔn)確的依據(jù)從而有效地規(guī)避風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提高投資的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果和社會(huì)效果并為開展下一步工作打下基礎(chǔ)。 本文從可行性研究的基本理論和基本方法出發(fā)，按照行業(yè)背景、公司戰(zhàn)略、市場(chǎng)分析、技術(shù)分析、財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的順序，結(jié)合相關(guān)線纜行業(yè)A公司實(shí)際情況，對(duì)公司擬建投資的鋁合金導(dǎo)線生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了可行性分析，過程中采用了五力分析、SWOT分析、盈虧平衡分析、投資回收期等方法，將公司戰(zhàn)略納入可行性研究的體系，對(duì)項(xiàng)目的可行性進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析討論，尤其就財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)板塊進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析，對(duì)盈利能力指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行了一定的創(chuàng)新和優(yōu)化，，注重資金的時(shí)間價(jià)值，更多的運(yùn)用動(dòng)態(tài)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)分析，并通過最后的不確定性分析，得出了較為科學(xué)合理的結(jié)論。 公司以往的可行性研究報(bào)告比較簡(jiǎn)單，對(duì)資金的時(shí)間價(jià)值基本不考慮，不注重與公司戰(zhàn)略結(jié)合分析，市場(chǎng)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析不深入，沒有形成科學(xué)規(guī)范的可行性研究模式。本文希望通過對(duì)A公司鋁合金導(dǎo)線生產(chǎn)線項(xiàng)目的研究，為公司有效投資決策提供依據(jù)，并幫助企業(yè)建立完善的較全面系統(tǒng)的可行性分析框架。
[Abstract]:Feasibility study is a scientific research method to make reasonable prediction and judgment on the feasibility of the project by carrying out systematic and detailed technical analysis and economic research on the investment project before the manager makes the investment choice. It is an important work in the early stage of project investment and an indispensable link in project investment selection. The purpose of feasibility analysis is to achieve the best economic effect of the project, to comprehensively analyze and demonstrate the economic rationality and advanced technology of the project, to provide scientific and accurate basis for the project investment decision, and to effectively avoid the risk. Improve the economic and social effects of investment and lay the foundation for further work. Based on the basic theory and method of feasibility study, according to the order of industry background, company strategy, market analysis, technical analysis, financial evaluation and risk control, this paper combines the actual situation of A company in related cable industry. The feasibility analysis of the aluminum alloy conductor production line project is carried out. In the process, five forces analysis SWOT analysis, break-even analysis, investment recovery period and other methods are used to bring the company strategy into the feasibility study system. The feasibility of the project is analyzed and discussed in a comprehensive and systematic way, especially on the financial evaluation board. The index system of profitability is innovated and optimized to a certain extent, and the time value of funds is emphasized. More use of dynamic indicators for financial analysis, and through the final uncertainty analysis, a more scientific and reasonable conclusion. The previous feasibility study report of the company is relatively simple. It does not consider the time value of the capital basically, does not pay attention to the combination analysis with the company strategy, the market and the risk analysis is not thorough, has not formed the scientific standard feasibility research pattern. This paper hopes to provide the basis for the effective investment decision of the company through the research on the aluminum alloy conductor production line project of company A, and to help the enterprise to establish a more comprehensive and systematic feasibility analysis framework.
