【摘要】:汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的重要組成部門,隨著我國產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整,企業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)成為我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中不可或缺的一個部分。伴隨著改革開放和我國的入世,我國的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了長足的發(fā)展,并不斷參與到全球激烈競爭中,逐漸與世界汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)融為一體,我國龐大的市場需求也成為國際汽車市場中最為主要的部分,國內(nèi)企業(yè)也不管發(fā)展,近年來更是出現(xiàn)了一批以奇瑞、吉利為代表的民族品牌企業(yè),它們紛紛加入到激烈的國際市場競爭中,產(chǎn)品的出口規(guī)模也日益擴(kuò)大。安徽的經(jīng)濟(jì)雖然在全國并不算發(fā)達(dá),但安徽的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)在全國仍然擁有一定地位,安徽省擁有奇瑞和江淮兩大汽車企業(yè),是我國汽車自主品牌的典型代表,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)也是安徽重要的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),對促進(jìn)安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展起到了重要作用。近年來安徽省汽車企業(yè)也積極地開拓國際市場,也有許多企業(yè)的汽車出口到了國外市場,而像奇瑞、江淮等典型企業(yè)也在不斷加強(qiáng)自主研發(fā)與創(chuàng)新,帶動了相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,但是從目前安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展情況來看,安徽省汽車出口面臨著很大的問題,主要體現(xiàn)在出口秩序混亂、目標(biāo)市場集中化、質(zhì)量、售后、人民幣升值與貿(mào)易壁壘等方面,同時安徽省汽車企業(yè)的研發(fā)能力與跨國汽車企業(yè)之間還存在很大的差距,目前的研發(fā)仍集中于中低端汽車產(chǎn)品,對于高檔汽車品牌的研發(fā)仍不足。總體而言,安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力還有待于進(jìn)一步提高。本文在對國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行認(rèn)真研究的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步闡釋了產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的內(nèi)涵和特征,并介紹了安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)總體發(fā)展情況,同時運(yùn)用了國際市場占有率、凈出口指標(biāo)和貿(mào)易競爭力指數(shù)詳細(xì)分析和探討了安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況。其次利用波特提出的鉆石模型,從生產(chǎn)要素視角、需求條件、相關(guān)及支持產(chǎn)業(yè)視角、企業(yè)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)視角、政府和機(jī)遇六個因素對安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真分析,并且從鉆石模型中選取了相關(guān)因素對安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的國際競爭力進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,得出安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力在全國各省市的排名為第9位,汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的競爭力還有待提高。之后又運(yùn)用了SWOT分析方法介紹了安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)遇和威脅,另外用安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的兩個典型——奇瑞和江淮作為案例,對奇瑞汽與江淮汽車的發(fā)展歷程和國際化的道路進(jìn)行了認(rèn)真分析,并通過數(shù)據(jù)等進(jìn)一步說明了奇瑞、江淮汽車的國際競爭力。通過一系列的分析可以看出近幾年來安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)取得了較快的發(fā)展,但安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的市場占有率和競爭力等和其他省份相比仍然存在一定的差距,安徽汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的提升之路仍然任重而道遠(yuǎn)。安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)要想在國際市場上占有一席之地,要不斷地培育、提升自己的國際競爭力。本文在基于前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了相應(yīng)的政策和建議,包括增強(qiáng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)集群,實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,加大創(chuàng)新以及研發(fā)力度,提升企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理水平,加強(qiáng)政府調(diào)控和完善管理體系等,從而更好地促進(jìn)安徽省汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)國際競爭力的提升,進(jìn)一步提升安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry is an important component of China's economic development. With the adjustment of China's industrial structure, the enterprise industry has become an indispensable part of the economic development of our country. With the reform and opening up and China's entry into the WTO, the automobile industry in our country has made great progress, and is constantly involved in the fierce global competition. With the integration of the world automobile industry, the huge market demand in China has also become the most important part of the international automobile market. No matter the development of domestic enterprises, a batch of national brand enterprises, represented by Chery and Geely in recent years, have joined the fierce competition in the international market, and the export scale of the products is also a day. Although the economy of Anhui is not developed in the whole country, the automobile industry in Anhui still has a certain position in the whole country. In Anhui Province, there are two major automobile enterprises of Chery and Jianghuai. It is the typical representative of the autonomous brand of automobile in our country. The automobile industry is also an important pillar industry in Anhui, which has played a heavy role in promoting the development of Anhui's economy. In recent years, the automobile enterprises in Anhui province have also actively exploited the international market, and many enterprises have exported to the foreign market, and the typical enterprises such as Chery, Jianghuai and other typical enterprises are constantly strengthening their own research and development and innovation, which have led to the development of related industries. But from the current development situation of the automobile industry in Anhui Province, Anhui province steam The car export is facing a lot of problems, mainly in the confusion of export order, the concentration of target market, the quality, the after sale, the appreciation of RMB and the trade barrier. At the same time, there is still a big gap between the R & D ability of the automobile enterprises in Anhui and the transnational automobile enterprises. The research and development of automobile brand is still insufficient. In general, the international competitiveness of the automobile industry in Anhui is still to be further improved. On the basis of careful study of the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper further explains the connotation and characteristics of the industrial competitiveness, and introduces the overall development of the auto industry in Anhui Province, and uses the country at the same time. The market share, net export index and trade competitiveness index are analyzed and discussed in detail in the development of automobile industry in Anhui province. Secondly, using the diamond model proposed by Potter, from the angle of production factor, demand condition, related and supporting industry perspective, enterprise competition structure angle, government and opportunity six factors to Anhui auto industry The international competitiveness is carefully analyzed, and the relevant factors are selected from the diamond model to make an empirical analysis on the international competitiveness of the automobile industry in Anhui province. It is concluded that the competitiveness of the automobile industry in Anhui is ninth in all provinces and cities in the country, and the competitiveness of the automobile industry remains to be improved. Then the SWOT analysis method is used. The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the automobile industry in Anhui province are introduced. In addition, the two typical examples of the automobile industry of Anhui Province, Chery and Jianghuai, are used as cases to analyze the development process and international road of the Chery automobile and Jianghuai Automobile, and the international competitiveness of the Chery and Jianghuai Automobile is illustrated through the data. Through a series of analysis, it can be seen that the automobile industry in Anhui has made rapid development in recent years, but there is still a certain gap between the market share and competitiveness of the auto industry in Anhui province and other provinces. The road of improving the international competitiveness of Anhui auto industry is still heavy and far. The automobile industry of Anhui province should think about it On the basis of the previous analysis, the relevant policies and suggestions are put forward on the basis of the previous analysis, including the enhancement of the automobile industry cluster, the realization of the economic benefits of scale, the increase of innovation and research and development, the promotion of the management level of the enterprises, and the strengthening of the government's regulation. Control and improve the management system, so as to better promote the upgrading of Anhui's automobile industry's international competitiveness and further enhance the economic development level of Anhui province.
