【摘要】：庫存控制在我國汽車制造企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營過程中,具有至關(guān)重要的作用,它不僅關(guān)系到制造企業(yè)的成本控制和滿足日常生產(chǎn)運營的需要,更直接關(guān)系到汽車制造企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略目標的實現(xiàn)。它是基于實現(xiàn)客戶服務(wù)需求的基礎(chǔ)上借助對公司的庫存能力給予監(jiān)控,以期盡量削弱庫存能力、提升物流體系的效果,從而提升公司的市場實力。供應(yīng)鏈管理的出現(xiàn)為傳統(tǒng)的庫存管理提出了新的要求。供應(yīng)鏈管理由于能降低庫存成本、提升服務(wù)理念等作用,被國內(nèi)外理論界和企業(yè)界公認為是一種新的管理理念和方法,也成為學(xué)者研究和實踐的一個焦點。 本文分析了C汽車股份有限公司庫存控制的現(xiàn)狀,找出不足之處,研究了當前供應(yīng)鏈管理理論及現(xiàn)代庫存監(jiān)控方式。對于采用的方式,根據(jù)企業(yè)的具體情況,給予可操作性的研究,給出了滿足這一企業(yè)庫存監(jiān)控的優(yōu)化方式。這一方式借助增加協(xié)調(diào)中心以強化所有節(jié)點之間的彼此合作,提升企業(yè)的監(jiān)管成效,科學(xué)的降低了整體庫存資本。此外,按照這一方式,建立庫存監(jiān)控優(yōu)化模式,消除生產(chǎn)公司的庫存費用與貨物短缺時出現(xiàn)的費用支出,削弱了資本使用費用與經(jīng)銷商庫存費用,改進了運送費用和信息改造費用,使得整體費用不斷被削弱。 最后,借助合理的數(shù)字資料驗證了這一模式的效果,借助比較研究法對其實用效果進行預(yù)估,對于其他同類型企業(yè)的庫存優(yōu)化,提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Inventory control plays an important role in the process of production and operation of automobile manufacturing enterprises in China. It not only relates to the cost control of manufacturing enterprises and meets the needs of daily production and operation. More directly related to the realization of the strategic objectives of automobile manufacturing enterprises. It is based on the realization of customer service demand on the basis of monitoring the company's inventory capacity, in order to reduce the inventory capacity, improve the effectiveness of the logistics system, thereby enhancing the company's market strength. The appearance of supply chain management puts forward new requirements for traditional inventory management. Supply chain management (SCM) has been recognized as a new management concept and method by the domestic and foreign theorists and enterprises because it can reduce the inventory cost and enhance the service concept. It has also become a focus of scholars' research and practice. This paper analyzes the current situation of inventory control in C Automobile Co., Ltd., finds out the deficiency, studies the current supply chain management theory and the modern inventory monitoring method. For the adopted way, according to the specific situation of the enterprise, the operable research is given, and the optimization method to satisfy the inventory monitoring of the enterprise is given. In this way, the cooperation between all nodes is strengthened by increasing the coordination center, and the supervision effect of the enterprise is improved, and the overall inventory capital is reduced scientifically. In addition, in this way, an inventory control optimization model is established to eliminate the inventory costs of the production company and the expenses incurred in the event of a shortage of goods, thereby reducing the cost of capital use and dealer inventory costs. The cost of transportation and information modification has been improved and the overall cost has been weakened. Finally, with the help of reasonable digital data, the effect of this model is verified, and the practical effect is estimated by means of comparative research, which provides a reference for the inventory optimization of other enterprises of the same type.
