【摘要】:近些年來(lái),隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人民生活水平明顯提高,從而對(duì)醫(yī)療行業(yè)的服務(wù)水平也提出了新的要求,醫(yī)療裝備器械行業(yè)作為我國(guó)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)的重要支柱之一,在近些年來(lái)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。然而,目前我國(guó)的醫(yī)療裝備行業(yè)基本上仍處于模仿、改進(jìn)及拼裝階段,,現(xiàn)有技術(shù)水平低于國(guó)際水平,我國(guó)醫(yī)療裝備的市場(chǎng)成熟度水平還比較低。加之我國(guó)部分醫(yī)療裝備企業(yè)采用惡性低價(jià)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),己經(jīng)嚴(yán)重干擾了國(guó)內(nèi)整個(gè)醫(yī)療裝備行業(yè)的發(fā)展,甚至部分企業(yè)為了能夠降低成本,采用生產(chǎn)工藝偷工減料,銷(xiāo)售環(huán)節(jié)低檔配置等手段,整機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性和售后維修等都沒(méi)有保證,導(dǎo)致我國(guó)醫(yī)療裝備行業(yè)的國(guó)際信譽(yù)受到極大影響。而且國(guó)外的大型醫(yī)療裝備公司紛紛入駐中國(guó),國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)療器械市場(chǎng)的70%為國(guó)外產(chǎn)品所占有。在這種情況下,作為中國(guó)的本土的醫(yī)療裝備企業(yè)應(yīng)該何去何從,如何把握好未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向、發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是每一個(gè)本土醫(yī)療裝備企業(yè)應(yīng)該思考的問(wèn)題。 本文以湖南萬(wàn)東公司為研究對(duì)象,從公司的發(fā)展概況、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)品構(gòu)成、資源四個(gè)方面對(duì)公司進(jìn)行了介紹,從政治與法律、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)文化、技術(shù)四個(gè)層面進(jìn)行了宏觀環(huán)境分析,利用五力模型從供應(yīng)商、購(gòu)買(mǎi)者、新進(jìn)入者、替代品、行業(yè)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)五個(gè)方面對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提高了湖南萬(wàn)東公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的基本原則與目標(biāo),并利用SWOT分析提出了湖南萬(wàn)東公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,最后提出了湖南萬(wàn)東公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障,具體包括培訓(xùn)以人為本,關(guān)注生命的企業(yè)、強(qiáng)化人力資源管理、建立和完善支持系統(tǒng)、強(qiáng)化市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)能力。 希望通過(guò)本文的研究幫助湖南萬(wàn)東公司相關(guān)決策者制定公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,幫助中國(guó)醫(yī)療裝備企業(yè)少走或不走彎路,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)中國(guó)整個(gè)醫(yī)療裝備行業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy, the standard of living of the people has improved obviously, and the service level of the medical industry has also been put forward new requirements. The medical equipment industry is one of the important pillars of the medical and health undertakings in our country. In recent years, there has been a rapid development. However, at present, the medical equipment industry in our country is still basically in the stage of imitation, improvement and assembly, the existing technology level is lower than the international level, and the market maturity level of medical equipment in our country is still relatively low. In addition, some medical equipment enterprises in our country have adopted vicious low price competition, which has seriously interfered with the development of the whole medical equipment industry in China, and even some enterprises have adopted production techniques to cut corners in order to reduce costs. There is no guarantee for the stability and after-sale maintenance of the whole machine by means of low-grade configuration of sales links, which results in the international reputation of medical equipment industry in our country being greatly affected. And foreign large medical equipment companies have entered China, 70% of the domestic medical equipment market is occupied by foreign products. In this case, as China's local medical equipment enterprises should follow, how to grasp the future development direction, development strategy should be considered by every local medical equipment enterprises. This article takes Hunan Wandong Company as the research object, introduces the company from four aspects: the general situation of the company's development, the organization structure, the product structure, the resources, from the politics and the law, the economy, the society culture, This paper analyzes the macro environment in four levels of technology, and analyzes the competitive environment from five aspects: supplier, buyer, new entrant, substitute and competition in the industry. On this basis, the basic principles and objectives of the development strategy of Hunan Wandong Company are improved, the development strategy of Hunan Wandong Company is put forward by using SWOT analysis, and finally, the implementation of the development strategy of Hunan Wandong Company is put forward. It includes training people-oriented enterprises, focusing on life, strengthening human resource management, establishing and perfecting support system, and strengthening marketing ability. It is hoped that the research in this paper will help the relevant decision makers of Hunan Wandong Company to formulate the company's development strategy, and help the Chinese medical equipment enterprises to take less or no detours to achieve sustainable development. To promote the development of the whole medical equipment industry in China.
